Subway is my favourite outlet to eat and Ive eaten at a lot of outlets. Surprisingly and unfortunately this outlet has restriction on amount of sauce or veggies they put. It disturbs the subway reputation. Management please take care of it.

Picture says it all, people visit Subway for a healthy n safe diet, found a cockroach on veg shammi this morning, good that I noticed before I ordered my sub, you have lost a regular customer SUBWAY.

The subway is same as any other outlets. It will be too crowd during weekend and one cant sit peacefully and have food. Recommendable to visit during weekday and enjoy the food.

Subway is just amazing plus you dont have to wiat for too long the service ia quick and the food is fresh

Its quite busy and crowded. The store is definitely understaffed and hence, its understandable that service isnt up to the mark. They are reluctant to serve. Theyll barely pay attention to what you want in your sub. As they make it in front of you, its painful to watch someone so reluctant to make the food you are so eager to eat. At one point of time sub of the day used to cost 125 only, which was a really nice deal, but now that has also increased. Overall experience is okay.

Healthy salads and subs. They allow you to choose every ingredient even in delivery. Love the roasted chicken sub with parmesan oregano bread. Their double chocolate chip cookie is simply delicious.

Didnt switch on the AC for an hour because they were baking the bread.Outdoor seating not recommended.Otherwise, the sub was tasty. Cookies are ok.Veg sub is a better choice than non veg. You will get more options and flavours.

As usual good in their own way. Their choice of bread, veggies, sauces are damn good. Thought bit crowded at Orion mall, they still manage to keep up the speed. Veggies served are fresh as always. Their spicy barbeque sauce is highly recommended if you are a spice lover. ;)

Great place if you are looking for a burger. Offers great choice in buns, fillings & sauces. Good for bite friends with.

The taste of Subway is very nice. What is time over there is very rude. But the sandwiches are very nice and yummy. My advice sister the steps should be good to the customers and not to be rude to customers.

Amazing selection of subs and salads. Friendly staff who are well trained and are attentive to customer needs and instructions. Fairly priced quality food. Wait times are reasonable.

A good place to have a munch once in a while, itd be better of theyd introduce new products at the same pace as American markets. Sometimes theyre out of stock of required type of bread. But overall its good.

Absolutely worst place , no quality service ,they did not even heat up the patty and when I asked them he denied saying he did heat them up. Toasties were served on a goddamm tissue paper . No hygiene is maintained all the veggies are mixed up in trays and I could see that they were refilling the tubs of veggies inside with bare hands . Probably someone needs to report to food safety board its a breeding ground for bacteria. Multiple staff prepare one order and they always keep forgetting what type of sandwich to make . They all reuse the same plastic gloves .All this could be forgiven at least if the taste was good but nope it sucks. DO NOT EVER EAT HERE ! YOU WILL FALL SICK ,TRUST ME.

For a global food chain, the experience was not at all good. The employees were harsh and they botched the order.Like who argues with customer over what kind of sauce they want. And for a health conscious image, they do serve stale bread.The bread I had was not only stale, but also kinda tasted off.Overall a very negative experience.Will not recommended.

Nice neat and clean movie theatre, but waiting staff behind the food counters are lazy and intentionally dont want to understand the order given. Rest everything is fine.

The sandwiches are perfect. The ratio of the food is amazing and it is inevitable to say that you love it.

This outlet is good for done in but not for delivery out Coz they messed up my order but if you visit there and eat its good but dont order for delivery.

The option to add own sauces and veggies is my fav task :P

Sub taste was good. Now days sub taste is bad they dont put sauce proper even if we ask to put they very less sauce.

Staff needs to be more active and quick considering its in the mall and people come to watch movies with very limited time for the same.

Subways are good but this place sucks. Made me wait for 30 minutes and took and order from a swiggy delivery agent who just arrived. Didnt even acknowledge me standing in front of their shop for such a long time. Pathetic service

Subway in orion mall.....poor chicken quality and not provide sausage and even straw they dont have.Less quality and service with international price tag.You are lucky if get your order less than 20 mins.

The bread wasnt warm at all. The bland serving made me feel i was eating tissue wrapped in tissue!

The best part is that veg and non veg sections are separated, but the queue to place an order and pay the bill is not properly organised.

I tried for first time and loved it . Try garlic bread , panner Tikka and choose your toppings. Yummy and worth the money amongst other expensive food in mall. Healthier option than MCD.

There was a baby cockroach in the meat AND bread! The employee then tried to quickly brush it off the counter to hide it and did not do anything to clean the counter. Absolutely appalling, this place needs to get cleaned or shut down fast

Poor service, despite having almost 5 personals working at a time..the time taken per order is not acceptable.Also, we have to ask for items when ordering a combo..(part of the meal) for eg: i ordered meal of the day (sub+coke+cookie). I had to request for the cookie, which meant if i didnt ask for it, i wouldnt have got it.Poor service. 1/5Food 3/5

Subway hasnt always been my place since Im a junk food lover and this places is loaded with healty food just like any other subway the staff are very friendly you can the process of ordering is really simple than I thought it would be the quality of greens used are good over all you can have yet another good subway experience here

As good as any Subway. But usually theres a wait here. You can tell the guy to put more sauces or else he wont. On Thursdays I think theres a discount on subs.

The boy making the sandwiches was so dirty and unhygenic. He was wearing the gloves and touching the walls, going inside in them, hands in the pocket....yuck

I live near this subway and am a regular to the place. I when this guy started shop , it used to make decent subs. Over time the quality of subs have decreased . I have been asking manger to fix the oven for last 6 months and response is same, next week sir. I presume he want to save on electricity. Breads are not fresh. Vegies are not in good condition . they keep mixing veg with non veg , my big issue all the time .Over all now going to this sub is waste of moneyDated 07/02/2021Went to make order for veggi patty. Found cockroaches crawling in veggies section.

They also lie that they dont have wraps to force u to buy subs. The cook is a very mean person. He doesnt even put the sauces properly and gives ugly looks when asked to put more sauce. My first ever visit to subway was at this outlet with a friend for dinner and it left a pretty bad impression -_-We ordered a combo: sub, pepsi and cookie.The bread used to prepare the sub had turned stale and the cookies? stale as well!! It was hard to have more than 2 bites.I am not a subway hater in general, but this outlet is an exception.
