Wow ! I love this place! Shell is the only place I find around my neighborhood with quality fuel and a good vehicle related services and accessories. They maintain their station pretty clean. A decent place to fill petrol or diesel if you are a used to filling fuel from Shell station. They have decent store inside from where one can pick up some eatables or even some accessories for the bike and car. You can use debit and not have to worry about cash.

Paying premium amount and their service should improve. Sometimes long que for 2 wheelers and staff will not allow to fill from other pumps even though there are no 4 wheelers.

Good fuel station, situated Yeshodha nagara, near Byatarayanapura and GKVK.

A decent place to fill petrol or diesel if you are a used to filling fuel from SHELL PETROL bunk. They have decent store inside from where one can pick up some eatables or even some accessories for the car.But there are few shortcomings that I should highlight.1. The approach is very congested and in general there would be many cars looking to be bottled up.2. Car and bike have a narrow exit space making it difficult to get out freely at times.3. They dont have Nitrogen air facility for vehicle which is a shame.

Very bad experience with these guys...13 litres of diesel(1200 rs) and no increment to fuel meter..its still at the same level...this is the 2nd time where i am in similar fix..please avoid if possible. The manager Deveraj is a irresponsible guy

I regularly visit this petrol bunk, to topup diesel for my car. But, unfortunately always there will an problem in accepting credit, debit cards & digital payments. Also they insist us to pay only cash. Bangalore as an IT hub, shell has not giving proper services to clients.Kindly look into this issue, resolve at the earliest.

The night staff is rude and would not accept any online mode of payment.Happe ed with me 3- 4 times in a row you go there to refuel your car post 10 and they would only prefer cash and card . If you want to pay though any upi mode they dont accept and rudely reply that they are sorry for inconvenience..

They were able to fill over 4L beyond the fuel tank capacity

I enquired about oil change for my bike (rx 100) with the staff and they asked me to buy the oil from counter and they would change it. The staff was unable to change the oil he struggled with different tools to open the oil drain bolt. After 15mins, I told that I will do it myself. It just took 5mins to change at home. The staff lacks experience.

I went for Car oil change .one guy talking like lord .& He is talking in front of costumer is putting hand.s in pante pocket .that oil change guy was not good he is using uttharakannada language. Other staff was v.good

Today its very bad experience with shell tollgate branch, without asking customer the filling power petrol, when I asked that lady she told we have only power petrol only, but as per the manager normal petrol also available but that lady making fool to customer,

Staffs are careless..busy in chatting with others..no proper guidance and attention to customers..

Most of the time only premium petrol is available.Most of the times after 8:00 pm they sell only super petrol as they know mindset of the people after that time is just to get the vehicle refilled.Only good thing is they clearly mention there is only super petrol and normal fuel is not available.The petrol bunk also gets congested in peak hours for cars thus ending up stopping on roads.Most of the time the attendees respond well.

Fuel quality is good and quantity is exact compared with other branded fuels and stations. Free tyre air pressure is also provided here. However sometimes they run out of normal fuel and push customers to fill their power brand fuel. Also for two wheelers they have only three filling bays, out of which one is dedicated to special power fuel, which sometimes cause bottleneck. The station management should look into these issues and provide better service.

Shell was the most trusted petrol pump until today.But today one of your employee at the station didnt listen to amount I told to refill and he bluffs and refills fuel for a different amount and takes more than what he had refilled..Worst experience ever at shell

Frontline staffs pester to use only V-power petrol and most of the times unleaded petrol is out of stock over here.

Clear, safe and pure petrol and diesel you can get here. No cheating like other well named petrol pumps. As usually service people are really nice, good and friendly. If they are out of oil then they will redirect you to next available shell pump nearby. No partiality here. Every time I use shell oil and I will get good mileage by keeping my vehicle safe.

Best place to refuel considering the location I am put up. Worth the premium of 1/- over the other pumps considering the quality and quantity. Well behaved staff. They provide full option service for vehicles at no extra cost. All vehicles oil, air filter, oil filter and coolant available at MRP. Trained staff do the servicing. Even two wheeler oils are changed. They have dedicated bays for two wheeler and four wheeler with hydraulic lift.

Have been filling fuel here for the past 4 years. No issues till now. service is good and staff is courteous. The great thing is the pump is open 24/7. But over a long weekend or usual weekends, it is preferable to fill fuel late night or early morning to avoid long queues.

I am a regular customer to this well maintained petrol pump. It offers oil change service also. It is situated beside the Bellary road/new airport road. Of course, Shell petrol is of good quality and it helps in getting good mileage. Best part of this petrol pump is that the it is open 24/7 and staffs are well behaved.

Petrol bunk has no issues but the store is horrible, when they say it’s 24 hour store they should let you in rather they always close the door after 11 pm and provide goods from a horrible outlet right next to the door, how would you see all items in the store when you can’t enter it and more over the keeper of the store is rude. Either they should shut the store down after 11PM or let customers enter or at least have a gratitude when they speak to us. I don’t see any standing instructions stating why we can’t enter the store during the night, the store keeper just argued without any justification.

They usually tend to check the coolant levels, engine oil levels and clean the wind shield when u stop for filling. Engine oil change and coolant change is done here free of cost( only labour). Refreshments store is also available.

Only shell petrol bunk in this area, always crowded. Better than other Company petrol bunks. Staffs are friendly and they have to improve on speed of working. During shift change they are bit rude in handling customers. They have air filling station at the small exit, which creates congestion During peak hours.

They never have normal petrol, they only have power. Its been more than 3 months the pump of normal being broken. They only fill normal for two wheeler and not for four wheeler. And top of that they dont have any signs outside saying theres no petrol. I usually have to wait for 10-15 mins for disappointment.

Worst experience with oil change for my activa, they said they have filled the oil but only 300ml was filled after one month my mechanic said oil is below mark and engine would have gone bad ....

Regularly I use to Fill the petrol for My CAR & Two wheeler, Always they Dont have Normal Petrol,(2) Specially Some staff they dont have how to Talk to coustomer, Today 21st March 2020,same Problem I faced ,The Manger or One Responsible person his Behaviour so worst, please Check your CCTV. Next time if Behave like this Owner & Staff is Responsible further.

This is a good petrol pump as shell petrol pumps always are.Other than oil, they have good mechanics for service. Things like Engine oil, coolant and other stuffs are taken care of. Waiting time is very less. There is a small outlet which has snacks, beverages and car accessories. You can find some 3M and other make products here, namely wax, polish, perfumes, upholstery cleaner, tyre cleaner, etc They accept Paytm, tez, Google pay as well.

I always refuel at Shell. They have the best quality fuel. And the staff is very prompt and well behaved. No cheating whatsoever unlike the other fuel stations. They have a store and you get engine oil. They dont charge for changing the engine oil.

This SHELL bunk is always busy. Being on the main road it is easy accessible. Good staff and has the small retail shop to pick up a quick soft drink and pack of chips or some car care products.

This is a good place to fill up on petrol and diesel. The staff are courteous and the measure is exact. I also like their oil changers. One thing that I do not like is the way they try to push their very expensive synthetic engine oil whenever I go for an oil change.

Shell Has the best quality of fuel as all knows and the service is also good the thing I rated 2 star is ,it implies charges for using debit card on the customer.. As the globe is going digital charging for customers for swiping the card is not a good service. Other than that the service is good.

This is 24/7 fuelling station with decent crew who work their best to serve customers. Except for the extra promotions of the brands with fuel, they are okay with best quality of diesel. I always go to them for refuelling.

This is a one of the few Shell filling stations available in Bangalore situated on the highway connecting the airport to the city. If you want to come to this petrol use the service road and do not go on the flyover. Apart from petrol and diesel, it also has facility for changing engine oil and filling tyre pressure. It has a small convenience shop fort buying snacks, water bottle and having a cup of coffee. Apart from cash, it also accepts cards and mobile wallets.

Good fuel, Good Service, Strong Arm, In your face marketing of products. The initiative at Shell Fuel Stations to sell food products in itself is possibly good, but to have someone who is literally forcing you to buy something like petty vendors in tourist locations is not good at all. I hope they ask once and leave it if the customer says that they are not interested. They even try to push chocolates and other kid focussed products in the face of children and ask the parents if they do not want it. I am sure the employees are responding to the targets set by the fuel station or Shell itself, which is deplorable, given that their main job is to sell fuel.

Normal petrol non available always.Selling power evenrhough normal petrol is available.Bunk attendants are trained to tell the customers that normal petrol not available.Worst in North Bangalore.

The attendersTake too much time to fill . They use the long q as an excuse to force you to buy V power and then make you wait in the V power pump also. No proper system followed. Fuel is good . Fill here only if you have lots of time to spare

Well maintained, but not actually impressed by service, they always try to promote to sell power variant petrol compared to normal, even some staff attitude is not good enough, these shell fuel station, always they demand the two wheeler owners to get down from bike while filling the fuel, if its a rule then why other fuel stations are not demanding, if its not a rule then why these shell people are demanding the two wheeler riders to get down while filling.

Decent petrol pump but didnt notice much of a difference even after filling up with V-Power. Also, once fuelling and payment is done, they take centuries to remove the pole placed in front of vehicle. Staff is too slow.

Staff is well mannered, the Shell Deli on Saturday and Sunday is operational only between 04:00am to 23:00pm

Most of the time they dont have normal petrol, as no other option left customers has to fill the power petrol (which is not necessary to be power petrol as no one checks) with higher prize.the answer which i got it for questioning is motor is new and it is not working properly .shock to see so many good reviews in spite of bad services and cheating (i assume as i had bad experience more then 1 time)

A smaller petrol pump that can accommodate 4 cars only, alongside a few motorcycles/scooters. Queuing up for tyre pressure check is a bit of a trouble as this is a small place.This place is off the highway and on the service lane, so one has to be mindful when looking for this outlet.Being Shell, the fuel quality remains extremely good, as they are across other outlets.

I usually get petrol for my vehicle from here...I have seen the difference in mileage when Ive used fuel from other petrol pumps...Along with good mileage...engine also runs smooth, when used fuel from shell. Also I get my windshield cleaned for free here ,☺️

Was a loyal customer until they started skimming from the card payments. I paid for a refuelling of Rs769.88 via debit card. After 5 days Rs11.8 got debitted from my account in the name of TIPS by this petrol pump.

Thou no second word on quality of fuel, but attitude of staff. Whenever i visit for filling Deisel ,they say ONLY V power fuel is available. I think they want to make some extra buck by selling only V power. After that couple of exp i never try to go there...horrible ppl

24/7 Gas station. Probably the one Shell gas station available between Airport and Hebbal - maybe there is another one, I cant recall.This one also changes Oil for your car and bikes, the service for that is quick. Accepts all credit cards including Amex. It has a convenience store sells a lot of stuff, chips, water, juices, condoms.

Worst Petrol Bunk I have ever seen.. Nataraj was the person who filled the fuel after waiting for 5-10 min, when I asked him why he was late?? He told less manpower with bad behaviour & he was not at all having courtesy to wish customers also.. When asked about bad behaviour, he told to go and complain to my manager with rudely.. I don’t know why Shell have appointed this kind of people when they are giving good service..

Worst Shell fuel station in entire Bangalore.. You got to wait for your turn in long queue, and when your turn comes, they will tell you that they have only V POWER WHICH IS Rs. 9 per litre expensive than normal petrol... I will prefer to Go to Shell fuel station at Ganganagar or HRBR...
