Every time the automatic money deposit machine is full and not even once in last 2 years I was able to deposit money. This one is close to my house and I end up going to another block to do this. During such unprecedented times, it’s difficult to make easy transactions and you make us get to the branch. Ensure to provide better customer friendly experience.

Really worst staffs in Banks around this area..... they are so mean and think themselves as lords over there.... pls change the staffs for us to do our banking with our own money..... we are not beggers..... keep our dignity what we deserve

Most of the time the machines do not work.If the cash deposit machine is not working due to whatever reason, then somtimes it could be the cash dispensing ATM.Its not advisable to depend on this ATM.

So worst service for a beach seal they are not accepting Icici papers which is posted by Icici bank just telling reasons and asking whose signature and all really a bad service. They are not believing papers which is sent by Icici bank simply they ask visit the other branch.so worst all Icici bank are same right.

The person who worked on the NEW account opening task doesn’t know the process himself, doesn’t listen , and is slippery with excuses all the time. Had Very unpleasant experience. I feel he is not ready/fit for a customer facing job.Branch needs a good leader. It Feels like a Govt Office.

The Deputy Branch Manager needs to learn how to talk to the customers. Theres always a big frown on her face. You either talk with a smile and help your customers when youre sitting in the front or you sit at the back office without being of any help with a frown on the face, no one will stop you. This needs to be addressed ASAP as we dont want to interact with someone who doesnt want to interact.

Worst Service this people are providing, I have current account in this branch. While doing the account they will do wrong promises and now they are charging like anything.Worst coordinator, If i call them they will tell they will call in 10 mins but they wont call.From past 3 months they are charging 5000 without getting any intimation. I didnt get any messages for debiting.Arashad - Sales Manager

I really cant understand, what is the issue with this branch specifically.I see Chandra layout branch is more efficient than this branch. I assume the employee take customers time and view for granted.All blame goes to branch manager, he/ she is not capable of for his position.

Very very worst service from April 2019 no staffyou want wait for one hour in the line for one transtation bad service branch please improve the staff and give good serviceThey have taken the service of bbmp tax challan but they mentioned only upto 12 pm very bad half boil serviceFor withdrawal the cash you want to wait in counter for more than half hourPlease try to correct all the inconvenience
