The branch manager has no sense. He is not replying to my msg or any call from last 4 days. My husband gave all my documents related to CC on 19th January. Its more then 14 days but he has not replying anything regarding that. The worst employee. I would have given negative rating but its not allowing in Google.

I was going through the reviews and replies from ICICI for those reviews. Yes the customer care number is dead and no response even for e-mails. ICICI have generated a credit card bill for my cancelled credit card after 1+ months of cancellation. I have conveyed my dissatisfaction on this by calling customer support team multiple times, writing mails to head of credit cards & customer support , registering complaint on ICICI website and no-no-no response till date. Worst service,irresponsible and useless customer support team. My CIBIL is down due to this shameful activity of ICICI. If a customer has to write a review on your google business address in order to get a response for a serious matter (In fact fraud), that shows how rich you team in satisfying a customer with his/her queries & complaints

I have question do u people create salary account here .. if no which branch should i visit...

Good customer support. Have kept quite patience with customers even at the time of demonetisation. Attend customer proactively. Have 4 ATM machines in their premises.

Very lazy person who siiting at teller desk,there was more people in the queue of cash deposit machine, so i crrated an insta banking cash deposit id while giving to teller she is not accepting and telling to go through CDM only.first of all the CDM made for saving time and energy of customers and Staffs but in this branch all savings only for staffs.the date and time is 31/06/2018 15:45

I have just contacted in jan to open salary acct and they have given one coordinator which he take cares of yelhanka branch and applied debit and credit card. somehow got debit card. and following up for credit card, they are responding very badly saying contact respective coordinator and that coordinator will not at all respond.Very poor response and raising voice on customers. if they are not willing to do they have to convince customer.

System/ATM will be out of service most of the time. Waste of time visiting this branch.

They could be a bit more friendly and professional.. Otherwise good..!!
