Terrible staff, they do not even let you finish your query and dismisses saying no we cant do.EPFO needs to train their stupid employees to be more courteous and accommodating. We are not there to beg, we are there because we have genuine concerns.
Very nice people. Helpful actually. My dad got his Jeevan Praman in 5 minutes. I would suggest to go this office by afternoon, then the crowd is less.
I visited in the evening, the lady at the counter was on tea break for 1 hour and was very aggressively yelling and unwilling to answer any PF questions. She said I will only help if you have a PF account in this branch.
There is a single counter for enquiries. We never get proper response. We have to wait for 1 hr for a single query.
Hopeless and horrible experience, the concerned case worker was not there and they asked to call tomorrow. That too after waiting for one hour.
Pathetic service by the office. Been there no proper response. If I ask the a person in PF office regarding the pf rejection cause no proper answer. And asks me to call a number displayed in notice board and when I called that number the person in phone asks me to ask a person in entrance like a ping-pong work. All employees came there for enquiry returned with a fight with PF officials. No proper response. Still my issue not resolved. Will have to bring the issue to higher officials if not resolved within given time frame.
People are really good. They help a lot.Due to pandemic, the waiting line was quiet long.

Poor customer service. Just one small gap in a locked door where a lady sits to collect and stamp documents. She cant answer to your queries in English or Hindi. She knows only kannada. You can not reach or talk to any officer level person. Your only point of contact allowed is this lady.
We have give for correction it shoud happen in 15 days but still not hqppend I called office they are not respond call and they are not giving correct information bad service

I should say pathetic. Jokers, they have closed the entrance gate and were sitting inside. We were 50 people outside and our repeated efforts to contact them even though the number written outside failed. After waiting for one hour, returned back. wasted one day. I wonder is it a public office, jokers getting their salary from the account holders deposit, without doing anything. Whether corona, no corona they are safe and their sleeping job and salary is guaranteed
Employees Provident Fund Office. Administered by Govt of India. Worst service. No proper communication with EPF account holders. No basic facilities in this office. No local (Kannada) language. Everything in Hindi. Its worst.

Almost 2 months over, i have requested online to update my KYC since then it is showing PENDING FROM FIELD OFFICER. No body responds to the phone call.Kindly guide me where I can give complaint.If the government follow KYC rule to withdraw money I respect and I honor only when they follow that while collecting the money from the employees.While collecting they dont have KYC rule but while withdrawing KYC rule.I have submitted ADHAR number which is given by Government of INDIA if that verification itself takes 2 months then what is the alternative.The person handling the case (Case worker) has thick skin with that he says you complaint anywhere no problem.If you are really serious about the feedback send me the link to raise the complaint to my ID let me see how i can tackle this further.Also i will request my corporate company to raise a grievance
