We went to this shop. The shop is well kept, but the staff of the emporium was least interested in showing the stuff. Most of the govt emporium shop -keepers behaviour is as if they are doing a great favour to us by showing things. After COVID when the business is so bad, one is always looking at improving the business by being more cheerful.Secondly the trial room they have converted in their lunch area, so the staff refused to even give us a trial and told us to try everything over the dress. When I asked where is the trial room, she said we dont have one. When I saw they had one trial room. Initially, she did not allow me to use it, after the request she allowed, when I used the so-called their pantry I realised it was a proper trial room but it has been used for their pantry and dumping place for their stuff.Plus the top that we bought was wrongly size labelled so we had to go next day to exchange.All these emporium jobs are govt jobs so like any other govt employee, their attitude is pathetic and they draw the salary for just talking over the phone and making faces when we tell them to show some stuff. Wish govt think of changing this model. The material they sell is so good. But the sheer attitude of the staff kills the business, thats why this emporium will never do any good business despite good stuff .

The lady who attended to us was very informative about the products available at Mirgnayanee .. The cotton bedspreads are value for money.. also the Chanderi sarees are very aptly priced .. It was a Happy Shopping Experience

Selevi seles girl is not good and chitting seles doing

The store attracts good customers on holidays and special days like 2 October.The ambience is poorly kept with few lights, fans are not working and AC is not switched on due to some problem. Pity the employees themselves are stressed out with such deficiency in comfort and stretch to cater the customers.The manager is a nice person but in regret. Authorities dont have any inclination to make good ambience for better customer experiences.
