Very gud stationary and best products every item available

Will not recommend ordering online, they are doing a terrible job of packing and delivery. Delivering to someone elses address, sending wrong items, items are missing as well and they will only give a credit slip if the item is out of stock (after they send wrong item instead of what you ordered) which is absolutely a giant waste of time and effort when you buy on sale items. I had to wait a whole week for them to pickup someone elses order that was sent to me instead and now my order was sent with wrong items, God knows when it will be picked up, probably after the sale is over and wondering if I will get replacements or a useless credit note as I have absolutely lost faith in buying from their website. What an absolute waste of a good brand name! Highly disappointing!

Good shop with many type of craft and art materials included, i visited to purchase particularly in acrylic paint single tubes which some common colors are there but not much collection and oil painting single tubes are not seen anywhere in the shop. Nice very good shop for school students to complete their school craft projects and activities.

The place to go to get a truck load of essentials to satisfy your curious side. To fulfill your hobby this is the place to go. You might just find what u were looking for

The Banashankari outlet has been moved from the earlier location (opp. B. D. A complex) to Yarab nagar main road.Shop is smaller, congested and poorly stocked compared to most other outlets ( And even the earlier shop).And the staff are so callous about it. Except for the manager no one seems to want to work. I have only seen them talking amongst each other in loud voices, ignoring the customer blatantly. Most customers never receive a well informed answer even on the Itsy bitsy staples. Ask them to help you find something and they will point blank refuse or say the product is out of stock. Which is so disappointing.Go to this shop only if you are an Itsy bitsy loyalist (like me) or desperate. Else, there are much better options for art supplies in Bangalore.

Its a great place for craft supplies. A bit on the expensive side, but many of these products are so hard to find elsewhere. I remember going around looking for craft paper a few years ago, trying to explain my requirements to every shopkeeper. It was a great joy today to discover all those papers nicely arranged for the customer to help themselves at Itsy Bitsy. My only disappointment was the lack of art materials for professional illustrators.

The best place around Banashankari BDA complex to choose a gift from a wide set of varieties. There are about 3 floors and each of them consists of different types of gifts. Cost might sometimes be high comparatively but the quality doesnt let you down. Would definitely recommend this place for gifts.

Today we had a very bad experience in Banashakari branch as the staff here are very rood and they dont respect customers. As such they think that they are giving all materials for free or they may be thinking that we are thiefs. We experienced earlier also in their old shop which we ignored but today it repeated again. Friends pls think twice before going to this store as they dont respect customers.

Choice of products is good Most products are made in China so I dont know why they are so expensive. They might be working at 100% margin. Check out metro it will be cheaper than buying here.

They have a very good collection just like the other branches. They have helpful staff too. But unfortunately their staff do not wear the mask correctly despite telling them. One of the staff members was having a bad cough but still was careless regarding her mask. Being a doctor I know that if one contracts covid infection and is working in a public place they are likely to spread it. It is our duty to be responsible citizens above all else. We work in the COVID 19 ward and icu for 8 to 10 hours at a stretch in a PPE and go through a lot of discomfort like sweating, weakness, somnolence, body aches and pains. Why cant the staff in itsy bitsy follow simple rules made for the public?

Yes we get numerous craft materials here, highly expensive but usually feels worthy. I am a regular customer since its inception but few products like Mod podge, Photo transfer medium, Instant image transfer medium doesnt serve its purpose. Highly disappointed as every time they promise the product is worth buying and it is of no use literally. Do not buy the above mentioned products at all.

Best place to find all the teeny tiny articles for all your craft and art needs. There are many branches, however Im sure you will find many surprising cute things, that you invariably end up buying more than what you had originally planned to buy.

Good place for crafts, you will get everything in one place, but dont expect budget wise shopping, cant blame them, they offer many craft materials and from what I have seen, nearby places shop you dont get everything in one place.

They have a clearance sale going on. You can get things for rs 5 or 10 only.

Amazing place to shop for raw materials for your crafting. You find every thing you will ever need for your art and crafting activities. It is like a super market where you can walk around the store and pick what you need. That makes it so much better and it even triggers new ideas. There is stock clearance sale from time to time and that is really good value for money, but you will have to dig through heaps of material to find what you need.

Its one of the best places for art enthusiasts! Hobbies and art finds its place and the Itsy Bitsy stores are a must visit for the sheer variety they stock! Incredible for what you can get there and what you can create there on!

It has a lot of craft related stuff but tends to concentrate on the trending crafts. It does not help a serious long term crafter, in terms of tools offered or variety of products. If you want to buy something for your kids to do some craft this is a good place. Its very very expensive.
