Its been 20 days since I ordered uniform, delivery is not done yet and nobody is bothered to respond to my email. Even incoming calls are barred to the customer service number provided.

The quality of the products is good, but if you book online, the delivery of the products are very late. It is better to contact the customer care before ordering, since many a times the stock may not be available.

Quality is good. Some improvements required: for shirts, Buttons are thick and small, making it difficult to button up the shirt. For shorts and 3/4th, elastic adjustment should be provided.

I am using their service for school uniform. Initialy it was very good experience. Bu now i am facing lot of challengs in contact them. There phone number given here is permanently out of order. There website is not et all customer friendly. I have tried with different browsers but contents are not visible properly. In mobile app is also not working.

Worst Service Provider, no decency to inform customer. Trouble caused by their store for not delivering student uniform for more than 3 weeks, every time fake commitment that it will be delivered tomorrow. WHY ARE THE SCHOOLS STILL CHOOSING THEM AS SO CALLED AUTHORIZED VENDOR.

Very bad response rate. I have booked my School dresses on 19 Feb 2017 and they have promised to deliver at school by 1st May 2017 . I have not yet received it till now when the school is reopening on 1st June. If there is any alteration, I am not sure what to do. You have t pay everything in full.On 19th of May they have said they have shipped and till now I have not received and it is 24th May. They do not respond on the email id they have provided and also on the phone. But after the phone call I get a message that please contact our email id and sorry for having missed your call. I am very unhappy with this. 3 months is too long for a new company to deliver. Sorry very Unhappy
