I had ordered a tricycle from firstcry which was delivered by xpress bees to me on 7th of August. The product was defective so I had raised a return request last month on 7th itself. On 11th a return pickup person from express bees came and said I cant pickup the product as he was unable to take the product on bike. He said that someone else will come for pickup.Its been more than one month and nobody showed up at my door. But every day I get annoying messages and calls saying that I was not available,or I denied the pickup or they tried to call me but I didnt take the call. All these reasons are just excuses from express bees to hide their irresponsible nature. They dont care about customers and their valuable time. They cant be trusted.

The customer care service sucks . I tried to reach them like a thousand times but they wont answer. Everytime someone connects me they put me on hold for more than 20 mins and then the call ends .

Pathetic service. These guys bluff you. Without attempt to delivery they will mark product as RTO. You loose out on business but they dont care . They wont entertain calls or emails. You can try calling them multiple times - waste your days and hours on them!Useless service!

Very bad service ... It took 7 days to deliver within city that too after so many calls.. someone in the call center in delhi was rude that they did not even want to hear and cut the call. From now on no more booking via Xpress bees. We have lot of better service providers in india we should try them.

Even though I have seen bad reviews, I dont think the staff here is bad. I had gone to pick my parcel up myself as they were taking too long the staff there guided me properly as to where to go and gave me correct contact information. My suggestion stay away from this company their customer support doesnt work , these three starts are only for the staff who are extremely friendly not the customer care or their service

Worst service. They dont even respond to you.If you use this courier then consider that u have lost it... They will never deliver. They are fraud people.I lost my money by using this courier.Inspite of sending so many mails they put the blame on the company from which I ordered the product.Soon we will see this Xpress Bees in blocklist and they will definitely be punished legally.

I was waiting for medicines from Netmeds sent through Expressbees. The delivery executive did not call me nor did he approach the Security Gate of my building and instead sending message that I was not at home and hence he had to return without delivering. The next day in the morning only got the delivery.

World class cheaters..my product was dispatched on 28feb and it arrived Bangalore on 3Mar and I see track comments as customer unavailable, they did not even call me till 16mar, I followed a lot get my parcel but even the customer care number does not get connected..on top of it WITHOUT DELIVERY THEY SEND THEIR REPRESENTATIVE TO PICKUP THE PARCEL FROM ME..WORST WORST WORST..YOU CAN CHECK HORRIBLE REVIEWS ABOUT THEM ON NET.

Its unfortunate I have to give 1 star, I would prefer for negative rating... My package was delivered to incorrect address and I get message as package delivered. When called the executive he states hes delivered to someone in the neighborhood and collect myself. Called customer care they informed they will collect the package from the incorrect address and deliver within the same day, Im still waiting. The next day called customer care the executive states she is not authorized to call the delivery executive and check as here tenure is less. She will take a complain and have the concerned department reach out in 48 to 78 hrs... Frustrating how service is rendered by customer care and deliver executive. Hope the QA or MGMT. Team take note of these ratings and fix the problem. With an rating of 2 they still provide service.

My order from clovia was supposed to be delivered by xpressbees and unfortunately when they reached home, I was in office.. although I can understand Hindi and kannada, its difficult for me to respond back.. I have been shopping online for years with just knowing English language and never have I encountered such a terrible customer interaction.. the delivery person named narayana, was first of all not clear. Hence I couldnt understand properly what he was speaking.. I had to ask him to repeat certain things and tried making him understand in English.. he didnt understand a word in English.. Bangalore is a place where people from different places reside more than the localities and in a place like that how can companies hire people who doesnt even know a word in English. Forget about all that, the person was so rude and there was no sign of respect in his conversation. He started scolding me in kannada thinking that I cannot understand.. its coz of ppl like me hes getting paid. these are not eligible even for one star and shame on well - off brands like clovia for giving delivery tender to third rate companies who doesnt even know to deal with respect.

Surprised why #Brandfactory like a a big company using such worst service to deliver their products.The worstest courier service in Bangalore. Even without calling the person, they will update in system that the mobile number not reachable. One of my shipment reached bangalore two days back and still not delivered. Also they will not provide you the delivery boys number. Today i have called to their customer care and they replied that we will try to deliver in two days. ( Note that it is within 10 KM distance from their office) . Never use their service if you people have any alternative solution.

Please do not trust this courier. Surprised why Firstcry sends the product through this delivery. They postponed the delivery with a fake message that customer have requested to do so. After that the number gets switched off. The delivery agent name was Narasimman M. This is happening multiple times to me now.Please never choose this company

Very worst service. Im supposed to get a courier last week. Till now they couldnt deliver.They just give a call and if youre in a meeting and couldnt take call immediately youll get a message Consignee was not available To reattempt pls call Call-Center. Even if you try to call back the number they dont answer.Call Center is at the worst situation. If you need to speak to any one, the waiting time is 4 minutes and suddenly your call will be disconnected. Poor infrastructure.

Fake courier company, they will not deliver the parcel/goods (Item) and more over they dont have office contact number or customer services number, I visited to the Bangalore office but they are not responding our queries they said my parcel is on the way since 1 month. I have not received my parcel since 1 month, they sending the SMS stating due to door closed unable to deliver the parcel.

Fraud service. I had to threaten them with police to take my packet today. The delivery guys came to my door took my signature on 2 consignments and gave me 1 packet. Inspite of repeatedly telling them that the other packet is also mine( which he was holding) he did not hand over and simply walked off. Within a minute I got a sms confirmation of delivery. I called up my apartment security not to let them go. I had to go down and threaten them with police action. Thereafter he called up his boss and handed me my packet. Worst kind of courier that I have seen. And the other reviews here also tell the same story. Pathetic.. I am now going for COD if going for online at all.

I have package from Paytm and it was in my city on 5th of Oct, Xpressbees had not made any attempt to get my package delivered. I waited for few days and I called them on 9th of Oct. Their customer care executive named Fouzia assured that it will be delivered on 10 with complaint number 9582131. I called them then on 10th evening their executive blamed me why I have not made any call to them, and started giving some funny reason including their not acceptable Terms & Conditions on which I was laughing. One of funny reason was, I have not called them thats why Paytm has cancelled the order.:DTo EXPRESSBEES: you are not in competition with your competitors like DHL and Blue Dart. They are too much ahead of you in delivering the package. I have many experience when they have delivered package before time. If you have to be in market IMPROVE your SERVICES and your CUSTOMER SUPPORT TEAM! EDUCATE them how to interact with customer!
