I did face the same issue. I had dialed their number through JD and the operator gave me the branch managers number. Just in case you face the same issue of non-delivery of your package do call up through JD and enquire. I received my package post the complaint. Also, WOW express doesnt operate in some parts of Banglore, do enquire about your location too, when you dont receive your package.

Worst courier service. My Nykaa courier never got delivered and they kept saying i was unavailable. However, i was at home all the time and i never received any call. Once i called the number after tracking the courier and guy said he left the job since he was not paid, second day when i called phone was switched off. I could never reach out to customer care of wow express because it goes on waiting for hours. Wow express is making Nykaa experience bad. They are running a company with zero ethics.

Worst courier service.My shipment has been marked as delivered when it has not.Customer care never answers.Raised an online concern and I got a reply that it will take 24-48 hours.It also seems they follow this as a standard procedure to mark an item as delivered before delivering it. No matter which online shopping company uses this courier service, it is just terrible. I have tried giving different addresses also, still they are the worst! And lets not even talk about the customer service! I wish there was options to give negative ratings, because that is what they deserve, not even one star. Some of their highlights are:1. Very very very slow shipping2. Damaged packing/products3. Utter nonsense tracking which says out for delivery for 3 days4. They don’t come and lie that the person is not available to receive if your address is far from their office. I tried to track my order and it showed it’s delivered? How can they even deliver as my security guard never ever contacted me to allow any such delivery person and no such person came at all. I checked the cctv for cross confirming. Worst delivery people i have ever seen. Ordered product from nykaa for the first time on july 6th. On july 9th got update in nykaa app that i refused to accept the order. Whenever i raised complaint in nykaa they keep on updating the same reason for failed delivery, fact being no one attempted delivery. No delivery person from wow express called me till now. Today being july 19. I was asked to contact wow express customer care by nykaa team and their response was very poor. They gave me contact number of some delivery manager of this area and he never picked the call. Finally i had to cancel order. Guys, there is something called work ethics which you people never heard about. Nykaa guys high time you change your delivery partner.

Looks like, Im caught in a circle, cant get out of this issue. I had order a product from LimeRoad, about 13 times i got message, stating its out for delivery and then in evening, I get message, unable to deliver, some one or the other are always at home, and we are at a prominent place, which cant be missed out, even after so many failed delivery, I never got any call from delivery boy asking for directions, looks like there are in deep mess, cant manage the business and we are being impacted.

Nykaa is getting bad impact because of this worst courier service. I dont know if I will ever get my shipment from nykaa or not..!! The delivery guy is giving false details that the consignee is not responding or is not available but the truth is he really didnt came. As my delivery address is a office address I requested him to come within 6pm. I waited till 8:30pm in the office but the delivery boy didnt show up. Called on his number a hundred times but no response. That delivery boy didnt find it important enough to let me know that he is unable to come till 8:30pm. Later when I got out of office for my way home I got a msg on 10:00pm that they missed delivering my shipment as consignee was not responding or not available..!! That delivery guy didnt even call to atleast check if I am still at my office at 10pm...!!! That guy is updating status on his own that the consignee is not responding or not available... The second time delivery attempt was the same scenario..!! And this second time he didnt even bother to call me once...!!! He uploaded status on his own without telling me anything or informing me anything..!!! Called nykaa customer care they tried to solve this problem and again a delivery attempt initiated. Lets see if that delivery guy delivers my product or not... By the way that delivery guys name is SONIA_AJAY SHAW, delivery address is in Kolkata.

Best courier service. I ordered product from NYKAA and I got scared after reading reviews about Wow Expresss service. I got message that my order was out for delivery and got it within 2hours after receiving that message.

Giving 1* also very high for this courier service. They wont deliver on time and also wont respond to the call. What ever escalations you raise, they wont care for anything.I am facing issue from past 15days, I used to order medicines from NetMeds and they have tie up with Wow Express in Bangalore. Most pathetic courier company. They call themselves as technology company, but rather it is FRAUD company. Most of the times packages will not be delivered on time, their delivery agents are locals goons who behave in a threatening way when they come to deliver the package. They wont pick up your calls no matter what, and they dont care for the Complaints. These kind of companies should be BANNED.

The concept of delivery is lost on them let alone timely delivery. Obnoxious service. I never receive my orders from nykaa. I have to waste my time and call and badger the staff in customer care to have it delivered to me and they keep reassuring me that it will be delivered in 24-48 hours. I have given up on ordering from nykaa altogether now because of the disorderly courier partner. And for some reason these recalcitrant people put the blame on me saying they tried to reach me on my phone and they could not and that the consignee was not available. I have ordered medicine from Netmeds they are doing delivery from Wow Express. Order placed on 19th Jan19 and courier company received on same day and 20th Jan they mentioned it has received by them. till 21st Jan19 order not delivered and which was scheduled to deliver on 20th Jan. I complained to netmeds they raised issue then courier company changed the status Pin code wrong, they have not tried to deliver the order and same address other courier partners Netmeds doing delivery.Trying to reach the courier company on the number mentioned but that number is also not reachable. Patient have to use the medicine by tomorrow and till now not received the medicine.

I dont know where to begin, I had a very bad experience with this courier company delivery executive. First of He didnt call me before delivering the product, but since I was notified with the delivery time and the delivery executives number via msg in the morning I called him to inquire, he received and to my surprise he said he delivered the order in some other apartment because he couldnt find my house and that he was in a hurry, He was a very rude speaking man. He didnt listen to me when I talked but rather asked me to listen to his problem. A few days later after this incident an unknown number started texting me on whatsapp saying HI at first for two consecutive days [since I didnt reply] then the person started telling me how sorry he was for what he did. I had no idea who the bloke was, when asked it turned out to be the same delivery guy.I BLOCKED his number. His name was Chris Rahul ( as seen on whatsapp name) Ive never received a whatsapp msg from other delivery executive. I had no idea where he had delivered the product so I went around with my I.D. asking every guard of every apartment in my area about my courier. I finally got the order in a house few blocks away from mine. Ive never had such a bad experience with any other delivery services I wonder why Nykaa has partnered with this irresponsible company.

They are not worth for even one star. Their delivery person wont come the address and he will give you minimum 20 missed call if you call him back also he wont receive your call. Finally the same day midnight you will receive the message. Ask the owner about the courier service before you order anything in online. If that is the wow courier service dont pay service tax (GST).
