Worst experience. i got message that we will deliver your product today till 9 pm but i got that product actually 3 days later. very slow delivery and when you ask to them to delivery the told you our duty is over now. not eligible for one star also
Dont know why they cut balance when we call and they dont answer.. I bein calling around 10 times in a row.. Still no answer and my phone balance is being deducted.. And why no number of the delivery guy?
Worst service.I had mobile and backcase to be delivered.The delivery guy got only backcase and forgot to bring the phone. But the status is updated as Customer not reachable.Which is totally a bluffFor their mistakes, they conveniently update the status as customer not reachable

Very bad experience. You should allow to give 0 star, its that bad. Was supposed to receive product between 22nd-24th May. They sent message on 24th May morning twice that mobile will be delivered today but they didnt deliver. When I called flipkart they dont know actual reason. Other logistics companies at least send contact number of delivery boy, that was also not sent. On EKart website there is no contact us option which will have contact number to inquire. The product is in my town itself since 36hours but still not delivered to me which is unbelievable. It must be somewhere in 1-2 km from my address.

They are not ready to deliver at the time customer prefers, just because they want to save fuel, i asked to deliver by 1pm in the afternoon, the guy was not ready to come after 10 am even towards my area.
