For all Kind Information,this Dunzo office is closed since few days. Please dont visit to this office.(Official not found dated 15.07.2021 visit)May be shifted somewhere.

Worst service by staff Manjunath NV,I usually respect delivery employees but this guy was rude for no reason.Did not like the service at all.....

You can join dunno as delivery partner you got flexible times to work.They Had good incentives earlier but now they dont.They change there plans frequently.You have to provide your aadhar DL Pan Rc etc to join .

One of the worst office and waste of time yesterday I join to dunzo today 4 hour login no orders then I came to office but no one can response and inside is not allowed and also customer care is waste they are also telling I cant help you but wait and travel then I travel 10km empty still no orders

Great Concept saves a lot of time and effort on petty things. The best part is that the delivery guys are very professional and helpful. On one particular instance the delivery guy went through the pain of finding the actual location as the one mentioned on the maps was incorrect and did not complain even once even though the location was quite far away from where he was.

I have order food.... But due to some issue they couldnt able to deliver....And they agreed there mistakes and told that the amount will get refund...there service is good but customer support is very bad.. They will not respond on time....I am waiting from past 2 week...but still my amount not yet refunded....If you cant able to refund let me know... Simplly why you will make us to wait.....I am paying for your service.... If you cant able to full fill... You need to refund... There is no other option.....Finally I am not bodaring about money which I have paid....But customer support is not good......Now I am going to uninstall this app from my phone

The name board outside is not properly visible and the photo updated is different. Only security will talk to you and others are least bothered!!

Dunzo has failed to resolve my issue. One I faced an issue from Dunzo initially they assured that issue will be taken care seriously but after two conversation they never replied. So pathetic service I got. This is not good in the beginning of your promotional stage.And when order free otemi they are blocking my ID. Again I have installed and update the details. App is not user-friendly in case of choosing delivery location manually.

Worst customer service... After order through app, we dont have option to call their customer service for any issues ... The only thing what we can do is msg and wait for their reply for next n hr... Even after that they will not resolve the issue.

I faced very bad

1. Payment issue, online payment option not working and great delivery boy not even want cash and not want to go away, such a pressurising experience2. No proper tracking history, when do I ordered, when ordered is delivered, how much I paid and what’s the payment method3. No proper support, people keep on texting at their chat support, but chat associate are not replying4. Different rate in app and actual price is different even for fixed price product it’s showing lesser but when you order it will come on higher side, totally misleading customer5. So on n number of issuesPATHETIC EXPERIENCE NEVER ORDER WITH THIS APP

Good service...App not working perfectly...even after the co.pletion of the task..app will not get update...gps location tracking showing delay.DuriDurg booking the task shows lesser amount..after completion it will get increase...

The worst customer service Ive ever had experience with.Emailing and calling them from past 28 days regarding a refund .Not yet processed and every time they say it is processed and youll get it in 5-6 daysNext tym when we call, theyll ask please confirm which order. They dont even know which one of which they claimed that theyve processed.28 days later I got email response asking which is the orderLOL. These people are good for nothing.Worst ever cx service. Im putting it in social media for sure.Funny part is.. Till. Today I. Didnt get the refund 😂They dont even have a phone team too for the customers .

Partners joining their company are made to wait for long hours ( okay I understand the procedure takes time ) but in the meanwhile when they need to use the toilet , they arent allowed to do so . The security guy over their is asking to go out and pee .yeah , so now I got a call from a guy named shafi , he addressed the issue and apologized for the same . thank you shafi bhaiya !

Dunzo initially started off really well.. later they stopped editing options, partners are not available or they come from far off places, run later rates were cheaper and convenient but removed that option... Suddenly Increased the rates ..... Partners have now become like ola n uber drivers ask where do you want to deliver and later ask to cancel the trip.... Dunzo pls work on the feedbacks...

Its pathetic dont ordered anything they will not delivered to your location and after that you will contact to customer they simply told we cant do anything it s making us fool dont use dunzo ever they simply playing with us and no one will respond.

This office is for who have official work ..And who want to join this company to delivery things what people want ...They conduct interview here
