The managemet of this centre is highly unprofessional - Mr Thangaraju doesnt pick customer calls either. The centre delays delivery thinking customers would come to their office to collect shipments. They will mark shipments as out for delivery every morning, but in the evening change status to rescheduled. It was only after lot of escalations the centre finally delivered my shipment. Wont recommend the centre for delivery of time sensitive items.

Worse service and will take much time to deliver product, request everyone not to visit this branch, dispatched product and took one week time to deliver but as mentioned it should be delivered in 2 days uneducated fools are working here

The person doesnt know local language and he speaks in some language which is not understood . Top of it so rude replies. DTDC please cancel his franchise

The worst service I seen IS DTDC , dear friends please do not use DTDC for any courier services. I had comparison of 2 courier services I. E. With Professional courier I send a courier to davanagere DTDC is charged 80 Rs and the delivery was happened after the person to whom I sent the courier reached bangalore back the bloody worst service and the service man told like he need another 200 rs to deliver next day..which is like I can go in normal bus..disgusting service providers. If there was a provision of negative rating I would have given -100 to this bloody service providers.But I send a courier with Professional couriers I loved the service the next day they delivered by charging just 50 Rs. Which is worth and the service provider response for any quires is awesome. .So my kind request to all Indians to use PROFESSIONAL COURIER SERVICES. ..

One day I went to send a courier. I wrote address and gave amount. After two days I saw like the parcel is going to my from address. Again after that they sent someone to give my money back. Already they deducted cover price of 100 and the owner called me and asked me if I took full amount. I really got irritated. He should check with his staff first rt? They were lying actually.so never go to this place

Try to compact your parcel as small as possible, because you pay not only for its weight but also for the volume.. Service I guess is Okay.. Just try to bargain to save some rupees.. :)

Worst service , they returned my parcel back to me after a month😒 saying they dont deliver product in my mentioned address. I already confirmed that you will be able to deliver the item in given region or not , at that time they accepted that they will be able to .After a week I checked the status the intended rated to destination but not delivering. I called them they said we wont deliver one item in that region ,😥😥. It was urgent for me thats why I choose DTDC, other wise I would have selected Indian post.And it took around one month to return me back my courier.😥😥😥😥😫😫😫😫And I asked for my money return. They said they wont return money.What the hell 😖😖😰
