The courier service is very decent. The staff and the owner are very cooperative and helpful. It serves the domestic and international destinations at a very competitive rates. The follow-up is also punctual and complete. It doesnt leave a stone unturned to be of best possible service.

Always received damaged packages, with the package ripped open strategically to view the contents inside. Nobody bothers to address the complaints raised against such deliveries.

Extremely satisfied with the services from this DTDC center. The pickup was arranged from my home by Mr. Jayanth and the packages were wrapped with protective layering free of charge.There were some issues on the receivers end because of an error in address but Ms. Kalpana helped a lot by constantly keeping in touch with the remote DTDC outlet and receiver to ensure quick delivery.Reasonable pricing and very helpful staff. Would use again in future.

Very responsible. My parcel went undelivered when i was not at home. I called Jayanth seeing a DTDC delivery number in society entry register. He checked the status and made sure i get it very next day inspite of the category not been assigned to him. Thanks for the promptness and help. Excellent service!

Not Happy with the service. I had to send important documents and the person did not even go to the receivers home and did not call too. They are denying to return the money.Obviously they have blank face as if nothing has happened.

Horrible service. They dont tell you if they dont have service in your destination while filling forms. And dont call in the number mentioned in the parcel when it reaches. You have to get it from whatever place they decide to keep it near the destination.
