Its fast courier service with reasonable price from one office 2 other

The staffs are really good and helpful. Eventhough I did not had my tracking ID, they searched for the courier with the address. The security without any hesitation gave his chair to sit as it took sometime for the staffs to find out the courier.

Specific branch I visited was a warehouse and did not have service to receive package from customer. Itd be great to add. I was asked to waitWaited for 20 min and walked to bluedart

Its a company Hub, where they will do inbound and outbound services, I,e first mail and last mail, for any query regards to your courier you can directly reach the hub and get your solution, company Peoples were always available in the hub,

Worst experience, package send on 09th sept from Hyderabad and it took 18 days to reach whitefield and after that horror story starts they update receiver not available falsely and do not deliver packages, where we are at home 24x7 and customer service says go and self collect.. never ever use dtdc. Disgusting service by DTDC. Horrific things that happened with me-1. shipment not delivered on time2. Shipment was in DTDC courier whitefield branch(near MTB school) for more than 7 days3. They showed status as delivered4. Customer support of DTDC is useless5. This service center doesnt have one single employee who can help you outIn the end , I had to personally come and collect my shipment. Their reason for such irresponsible delivery- We have some problems with the franchise near my delivery location.Please come and collect if your shipment is stuck at Whitefield branch.

Good not crowded

Bunch of novice illiterates running the office, 20 days past, no delivery yet, most important fact is they stopped updating online tracking. Pity that I am waiting in their office waiting to have my shipment tracked. Google should provide zero star option, felt embarrassed to provide even 1 star. And, btw, some of the staffs are busy in their Facebook while you are harping at them.

Worst service. They dont deliver at your place and even wont call you to come and collect. There is no contact number available. They updated a false status that pincode is wrong.

Got the package safely after lot of struggle. My friend gave a different mobile number. So when I contacted them for package, they have sent it back. After so many phone calls, got the package. But the courier was not delivered to me. They asked me to come and collect it, which became a tedious thing.Good thing is I got the courier without any damage. But I wasted all my time following up to get it.

Worst courier service.My amazon parcel is running between this courier center and house for past 6 days. They never call my number for delivery.I went there personally to collect and it was out for delivery for 4th time.Already lodged 2 complaints. Hopeless service.

Courier sent from 1 km away(my office), not reached me after 10 days also.They are even not bothered to return it. Taking huge amount as courier charges and not delivering. So never send anything via DTDC. Use Indiapost speed post always.

Worst courier service ever!Im writing this review sitting in their K.R puram office waiting for my courier which was posted one week back which they couldnt deliver in spite of the fact address was correct..they are even unable to return the courier to from address, and im here sitting and waiting at their office to collect my courier.. NEVER send ur items with DTDC!

Guys, dont go for DTDC Service!!Especially when you want delivery to be done within 24 hours. DTDC wont deliver in 24 hours and may not within 48 hours as wellThey say one thing and do whatever they have in their mindAt last minute, theyll say we dont serve your area (pin code), hence come and collect your items to our head office or else will send it back to the sender :(

DTDC Serives are the WORSTTTTT!!!! They proved the customer care number 33004444, but no one picks the call and after 5 minutes of listening to the ****ing tune, call gets disconnected.No lifts if you call the other provided numbers. Dont know how you people are fooling the people.

An average service from them, most of the time manager will not be available and the executives are unaware of the pricing and shipping insurance.

DTDC is the most inefficient courier service I have ever come across. My document booked under CN No.: B05834391 on 11/03/2014 morning from Domlur Layout, Bangalore 560071 is yet to reach the destination BEML Limited, Bangalore-560075.
