Attended avsec courseThe exam is really hard because its pilot oriented not cabin crew related, so thats why I didnt like the exam part.It has amazing facility with amazing instructors.They are well established in training related to dgr, avsec and much more.I was really impressed by the organisation⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They dont have enough space for Customer. They arranged 3 chairs in lobby.. and they make wait more than 6 hours every time.. many Customers come with lunch and sleep in the lobby.. that means no response from DHL. If any one wanna see what is and which is world most worst Customer service means, do visit DHL Bangalore airport office. And dont forget to bring two meals and neck pillow. Because you need to wait one full day to have 2 mins conversation with concern person.Everybody seems very busy.. walk around.. here and there. I dont know to whom theyre working?

Terribly slow service, everything takes 5x the amount of time. Did not deliver package on the confirmed delivery date that I paid extra for. When I asked for it to be delivered the same day after driving to the airport and spending 7 hours to get it cleared (because it was extremely urgent) , they asked me to pay more for vehicle charge, rather just letting me pick it up from the airport.I would have never used DHL, unfortunately my package was handed over to them by UPS for local handling. Disgusting.
