1 day delivery promise take charges double other services but you can see himself after 5 day still i didnt get.

Im not able to give zero rating, otherwise I would have given zero rating to this service. This courier company charges more price for the service, and the delivery time is also too long. There are other service company who provide cost effective logistic services, also lead time for delivery is much lesser than this.

We have staying in same residence from 12 yrs.. but this courier gave as consignee not found in givrn address . No one as called for delivery. They even wont provide delivery person contact number atleast we can guide them. Then i had go directly to office and get my shippment.Better go other couirier instead of this

Worst & waste courier I have ever seen. Govt. post men are 100times better than Bluedart courier men, at least they deliver the product in time. Doesnt even deserve a single star. They just blindly keep updating the status as consignee address un locatable/landmark without even making a single attempt to deliver the product. Its very clear that they are just making customer responsible just because of their inability to deliver the shipment. At least, they can update the status something like that the delivery attempt will be made on the next day due to the busy schedule rather than making customer responsible no of customer will always be provided on the shipment. They just behave like they are doing free service. So, I wonder what makes them to deliver the product. This is my 3rd time experience with Bluedart. So, I still dont understand why most of the banks are still preferring this as their courier partner.

The phone no provided does not get through, the worst service ever i have seen. I received notification that my courier has come and has been handed over to some one whom i do not know. This is obsolute non sense, if the courier is in my name then how can some one give to another person.

These ppl don’t call you at all. And then say that you didn’t pick the call. And return the package. They should take more care but they just don’t call you. When we went to ask they were like u didn’t pick the call. We said we didn’t get any call. No updates nothing.

The most horrible, pathetic and irresponsible courier service. This rating & comments are not based on my one time experience but many. The delivery guys dont even come home and just update the status as Delivery Attempted-Premises Closed. We have to call up their customer care (which gets connected only after 10 - 15 attempts) only to hear a useless Sorry Sir!!. Would never recommend Blue Dart to anyone.

Uday was super!! Saved me a trip to banshankari Branch at 8 pm by connecting me with a blue dart delivery agent en route.. went out of his way, also packed my consignment. That said blue dart is expensive . But it time is short, then no other option for guaranteed delivery..

Service is good but I didnt receive parcel at my room so I visited the office to collect and also I didnt receive any call from delivery person.

On phone, I was told that it is open from 9am onwards. I went there at 10.10 am and no one available, and was told he will come at 10.30. I went again at 10.40 and still the person didnt come. At last somebody tried to serve me. The guy who supposed to be there by 9 , came in at 10.45. If the Delivery person is not able to find the address, they are not making a call and also as his office Senior person is not trying to do something else.

This bluedart location is very worst. I gave correct pin code but when I am seeing it is saying that wrong pin impact on delivery. They never deliver , what is wrong with them? They update as door locked or onlocatable address and dont bother to call. Professional courier is much better , what a sham.

Courier reached Mumbai to Bangalore in 1hr 10 mins. But to reach to my home it is taking 2 days and still not delivered. Wow wonderful service. Tracking showing as Unlocatable/Landmark needed. Am I in a jungle?? The delivery person didnt even had a basic sense to call and ask guidance for locating the address. My request to whomsoever is the responsible person. Same experience every time (almost 5th time). whenever a package arrives through banks/shares etc... it will reach to this courier office in less than a day. after that minimum for 3 to 4 days they will say address not found , relocated , bad address etc and delay the package delivery. even when we contact the customer care and tell specifically to call if you are not able to find the address, same thing repeats the next day.This never happens with flipkart/amazon and for another provider for that matter. These people are completely careless about the service and wont respond even if we go to their courier office and tell about our grievance.When i contacted a courier delivery guy of this company and asked what is the reason, they say that we have over burdened with our work and sometimes we will fill a random reason just to meet the days deadline.

FIrst of all, when i was writing this review, the Bluedart office is not where the google maps shows, i had to search it for 30mins.Secondly, its DHL office not bluedart, these people have no idea, what it means for a customer when they say bluedart and DHL have same offices but different service.I would have missed my Eurotrip just because these guys thought my passport delivery was not a priority delivery.CHEAPEST service ever!

Worst Courier service I have ever used,I regularly shop online, usually I get Atleat 3 to 10 shipments every week, but the orders sent through bluedart (BSK 3RD STAGE BRANCH), will never get delivered, they are arrogant and irresponsible people.They simply mark it as address not available, door locked, consignee unavailable etc, without attempting a delivery, I have also escalated this to there customer support, but its of no use they are also the same,So its better to ask the shipper to dispatch the order with other courier services,

They have an office in Padmanabhanagar but still could not deliver the consignment to my address in Chikkalasandra which is just 1 km away and daily updating their site saying consignee address not traceable. This is one of the worst courier offices you will ever find. The employees are lethargic, irresponsible and unprofessional who are spoiling the brand image of blue dart. They update status as unlocatable if they are short of staff. Also on visiting the office, customers are made to run from pillar to post. Employees are always in a confused state complaining against each other or of how slow the system is. They never pick your calls either. They are arrrogant when enquiring about address if at all they call you before coming. Advice is to update ecommerce sites to send ur products thru other courier partners and avoid blue dart Banashankari at all cost, especially on critical items.

Its a hub. But they have a courier booking facility too. It closes late, so if you miss cut off time at local shop near your home, then you can try here to connect on same day despatch.
