I went for hypothecation removal(HPT) from RC, need to carry all documents as mentioned in picture and need to do 200 inr payment in advance via parivahan website(this can take time to reflect) and carry the online receipt print. Show everything in counter (service wise counter number is mentioned near entrance board) follow procedure afterwards.

None of the counters are oprn and its already 10.45. But they are punctual about closing time.

Its was nice, but what more can we expect from government Babus.

Worst RTO experience. Nothing moves without a bribe. They will reject your application if you don’t go through an agent

It was ok experience though can be made better if authority has will to do it, I found very minimal attention to simple precautions of covid19 being followed. But surrounded by all sorts of shops which cater to the documentation needs of RTO. no pvt cars were allowed to park in the premises though if planned properly easily 35 to 45 cars can be parked. 2 wheelers were as usual parked on road side the way they feel sometimes blocking the roads. Overall it was almost similar experience as that when this office was in indiranagar BDA complex.
