I had very bad experience with this store today. I purchase a first aid box from this store and took it home. When I opened the pack, the box was broken. I immediately took it back to the store. Instead of refunding the money or providing a replacement, the person at store started blaming me for not opening the pack and checking if everything was fine right at the store. As per them the fact the material inside the box was broken is not their responsibility and neither that of manufacturer or distributor. The sales person at the store was rude and completely insensitive of customer needs. I doubt if the store would remain in business with this kind of customer service and attitude.
