Had a terrible experience at Mac Prestige Shantiniketan, Bangalore. The artist was very arrogant and refused to show us the products. Never going there again.

Staff is full attitude mode. Not helpful and throws some shade

They say they have offers and freebies every time we go and convince us to buy products for some big amount but the freebies will go out of stock soon after the products are billed.. I am saying this because couple of my friends had the same experience on different occasions..

The store in Forum Shantiniketan doesnt have well trained MAC professional. They have got it all wrong, they suggested me a foundation that is good for oily skin whereas my skin is dry. Its cakes up. I am a fan of MAC products, but without an assistant, I cant buy the products, that means I am paying more for the store purchase. With these ignorant professionals, its very difficult getting the right product for your skin. After all its MAC and we expect it to the best in everything. Just. UGH.

Ofcourse it was my mistake that I havent checked expiry date.Sold about to expire soon(within 2/3 months) products.

Very arrogant, rude, badly behaved sales woman, threw the eyeshadow at me. Somebody like her should never be in customer service. I suggest never to shop there, I certainly will not. Horrible experience...
