Great store. staff is very helpful and friendly. The sales girls showed me all the products very patiently. Fatima gave me nice suggestions. Vivek did a great job too.

The product collection is really good and I enjoy picking stuff after reading about it. But the staff just doesn’t leave you on your own. The girls do not understand when you tell them that you have a list of your own products that suit your skin type and will pick those without help. It’s literal harassment. I went to pick 11 products but they didn’t let me past the first aisle. Was so frustrated, just took 2 items and rushed out! They even followed me to the check out counter to tell me what I was missing out! Who does that?? Please train them or replace immediately. Will never go back to the Bel road store!

Easy to find from the main road. On new Bel road. Decent size shop. Variety of product is good. They accept amex card for payment.

Good place for:- in heart of new bel road good connectivity to devesandra bust stop.- parking is available next to premises- all beauty, health & wellness products available.- But beware of sales staff😁😁, theyre are gonna convince you to take something instead of what you were looking basically they are gonna pitch for higher value items for sale targets🎯- I personally suggest this shop one stop solutions for wellness and beauty care👍

They con customer to buy high end products stating that the product we want is out of production ! I ended up buying a compact powder which just does not suit my skin tone ! Dont fall for the trap laid by their staff ! Simply buy what suits your skin and whatever u have been previously using. If they say the product is out of production, do not trust them and buy high products . Simply walk out to another store , you will definitely find the product just like I did

The staff there forces you to buy products which you don’t want. Even after refusing they kept the product in the billing counter for billing!

A normal H&G shop with cosmetics and personal supplies. Pretty good staff though they can be too enthusiastic in pushing products. But Ive found that typical of most H&G shops. Good range of products and good discounts.

VERY PATHETIC STAFFS!!!The staffs of this shop dont even know how to chose a foundation, matching to the skin tone! If asked for a foundation, theyll show a foundation which is 5 shades lighter than yours and tell foundation is applied on face to look fair!!LOL!!They dont even know the purpose of applying foundation!!I would give 0 stars to this shop!The staffs over here try to force their customers to buy products which they want to sell,even though customer dislikes the product....
