Good place to shop for daily essentials for the household. Most items are quite reasonable, however, items such as cereals, pulses, vegetables can be got in wholesale shops at a better price and quality. The packaged items are good, and value for money. The meat and fish section can do with improvement. This is regards quality, especially in terms of freshness and meat cut, as well as pricing. Good offers available on several commercial offered products. On the whole, value for money, but can do with further improvement

This place is useless now. Initially they have shown it a good place but now full useless. They bring vegetables only on Sunday, rest days all stale. They have only few staff so you have to standee in queue for packing and billing, as if customers have no value for their time. They only open 2/3 billing counters, staff at billing is illiterate so take huge time. Their attitude is kind off take it or leave it. The guy at meat counter is horrible, does not wear gloves, all rotten fish & meat. There is no store manager available. You have to be careful of expired goods and extra billing as well.

Big space to buy for day to day products.Many products are of own brands of Tata.6 Billing counters but only 2 were active.Not happy with outdoor policy of checking the bill which leads to difficulty in carrying and showing the bills to security.

Repeated issue. No staff to weigh everytime. They keep pushing to other counter. Not sure why they have multiple counters. Due to delay left without billing. Why pay 8-10k every month when they make you feel like a govt ration shop. Stopped visiting.To buy veggies better go to neighbouring shops like Eden.

Very bad delivery . I have ordered chicken and other items for home delivery on 24th at 4pm. They have agreed to deliver by 10 am in 25th. But till 1PM they didnt deliver and saying no online transaction. After so many calls I got my items at 1.30pm

Worst ever customer service, they make you stand in queue and thn they leave the counter and ask you rejoin a new line. When challenged they say no manager is there and they r short staffed. Wondering y they r opening the store if they cant serve. Team TATA plz take care of ur branding

Any time only two counter open. On 14 jan i visited. They are closing one conter and ask meto go other counter. In store only 2-3 staff in this big store. No body there to attend the costomer if require, no body there to help senior citizen like me. For door delivery from star quik position is v. Bad. Each and every time we fite with Or sending complain. They are spoiling name of tata group. I send 2-3 time mail also.

Mostly all vegetables are not fresh and stale..you cant even buy it. Groceries are near to expire date. Price written on the counter is different from the one in the bill. The staff didnt update it on regular basis. All the pulses are of inferior quality. You are forced to buy packed groceries of different brand with higher rates..

This store is very poor in customer service and often charge prices more than offer price/MRP. Today I had similar experience again on Idhayam gingelly oil 1 ltr pack where in they charged 16 Rs more than MRP! When confronted with proof they behave rudely & just don’t have any sense of customer experience! Just avoid going to this store.

Gone there since they had some offers going on for Makara Sankranti. The store was well packed with all groceries and other food items. It was neatly arranged and the offers were displayed boldly. Not much rush, though there were a number of people doing their purchases. Some of the items were priced at surprisingly low prices.The products offered were of reputed brands/manufacturers. I bought some dry fruits and rice. Want to visit again with my family for further requirements. Worth shopping at this store.

They send msg that their stores are stocked and open from 8am to 9pm. Today I visited the Ranka colony store at 8am and they did not allow customers inside, they say they are not yet ready, this type of lame excuses are given almost every day even the supervisor was arrogant and giving false excuses that the truck came late. They started to allow at 8.30am then I went to the non veg dept he also was not ready to serve had to wait for another 20mins more, till washe was ready to take my order. Pl change your store timing maybe from 9am because your staffs are not prepared to serve customers from 8am. Request people visiting this store to adjust their timing accordingly. Every section you visit in the morning the word 5 minutes wait istold to you but this store follow a different time format for them 5min is not 300 seconds but 3000 seconds.

Its good for daily shopping items. You will get what you wanted, nothing special. As usual, They have their brand for every item. I visited this mall, just because of its brand name, and I was not disappointed.

You can find good quality of vegetables, fruits and groceries here. Price is also reasonable because its owned by Tata. Only Bananas are costly here. :-)

A supermarket in the vicinity of Bilekahalli, Bannerghatta Main Road and BTM. You get fresh vegetables, fruits and daily grocery need items. A place that most of the people living in the vicinity of these area explore. You are deemed to get rush in the evening time. Also as usual the veggies and fruits are a bit cheaper here compared to the local shops.

All home needs under one roof. Fresh fruits & vegetables available. Also meat & fish.

Less variety and more of home brand products

The usual go to place during weekends for groceries and even meat. They have been maintaining the hygiene standards considering the pandemic and wont allow people who are not following the necessary precautions.
