There was 50% offer on Almond milk, but when I checked it was expired three months ago. But among the pack there was also some packs that wasnt expired, but the offer was not applicable to it. I was disgusted to know that a supermarket like Spar would this.Selling expired item is basically illegal. I regret not taking a photo.

Pathetic experience this time. My parents went for shopping today and made a bill of close to 20,000 but the employees n manager named Mohan K.P denied home delivery. They were panicking after billing as thy were not able to carry all these items. This is the way they treat the senior citizens. If they dont give home delivery they better inform well in advance and dont make them panic. We have been shopping for over a decade now never before we had faced this kind of situation. This is not happening. If you dont want customers to come and encourage only online shopping then do inform. There are lot of other super markets who take good care of senior citizens

Very bad experience.. there are lot of variance from online ordered and delivered. Poor system... no one attending the help desk calls as well.... there is no communications on refund for undelivered items. We ordered for morning slot but still not yet delivered and there is no communication on delay on delivery. very worst on line store which i ever seen....

I purchased essential items last Sunday. The quality of product is poor.We bought eggs, chicken nuggets and Amul French fries all three got fungus and egg is rotten .They are selling expired ones and I guess the packed items are not maintained property. Better avoid them in this situation. They are trying to sell old stocks

Now a days does not offer discounts as it was before lockdown. At MRP we can as well buy from stores near to our house.

Nothing much to say it is like most department stores, but a little compromised on cleanliness the fruits section is always smelling of rotton stuff. No great choice of anything exclusive. The same boring stuff you find in low end stores is here too.If you pick up any discount stuff make sure it reflects in the billing. Three times so far, in my bills discount did not show, had to call them & have them revert the funds to gpay.

This Spar is located at the ground floor of the Vega City Mall.Their staff are good.Easybuy has good discounts throught the year and some offers too.Its the best place for grocery shopping.

Good place to shop in. A great collection of produce. You will get almost everything here. A good store for buying household items. You can just say all under one roof. Its one of the best hypermarkets in town. It is very customer friendly and the customer care they provide is very nice. You will get good offers for your each purchase. It is very spacious and the produce are neatly arranged. Easily accessible arrangement of items.

This is w.r.t order no.16269999 on 8th of May.The chicken and prawns was rancid, foul smelling and non consumable.It is also bone-in whereas the order was for boneless.The order was also 7 hours late without prior information which caused the meat items to defrost and leak all over the vegetables and other essentials.There has been no actions taken even after bringing this to their notice multiple times through the store itself and via spar helpline.Morever, the calls are not being answered anymore after they had promised a refund.First of all contacting them is an impossible action and even if we get through the helpline after multiple attempts, the result is apparently the same.This has so far been the worst experience of all the online purchase platforms.I also received a call right after the review and yet again promised the refund.But still to my disappointment, they dont respond to calls after that.Quite unpleasant on costumer front and response.

Quality and quantity of items stored is reduced owing to reduced footfalls.They had one of the best seafood sold in the vicinity which now turned into one of also run in shops. Sad state of affairs when considered to seafood. I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy fish from there as its frozen and stale.

Usually we visit SPAR regularly but todays experience surprised me and got doubt on their quality.Very slow billing process - this is always a problem with SPAR. Dont understand why cant they open all counters even on weekends/ when crowded.Presented discounts in big sheets, but it is billed with full prize without discount. When we noticed and asked the customer service their reply is even surprising it is just a presentation but there is no discount on that product. And said it will be presented in different way if it really has discount.If so why would you put that discount sheet at products.(Sharing the pics for reference).

No one picks up the phone for 20 mins. I still do not know will my items will be delivered or will I get a refund. Horrible experience so far from SPAR.

Very vast store with lot of options. But the staff needs training. They are mostly clueless about the location of items. Despite asking the employees for the location of few items, I had to find them myself.

Had been to spar vega city mall, in there in house kitchen had beautiful experiencce of having chicken biryani in just 89/- Salute to chef of spar vega city mall. Biryani and vada pav was mouth watering.

Corner shops are better these days.The covid precautions in these places are only a pretence.There is no no-touch payment. UPI payment not accepted. They havent changed their mind about it in more than a yearm

I personally had a bad experience with billing. One product was overbilled and the other was billed for the product which was not purchased. When approached the management of SPAR, they resolved the issues and gave me the refund as I requested. Had to visit SPAR to collect the refund the next day.

Spar! Grocery giant! Big enough parking space, and this one is located almost at right spot. Queues are shorted than in D mart and well managed billing counter make it fast.

When tried calling the spar hypermarket Vega city mall they do not answer. Please do not buy any online shopping from them. Big basket and others are far better than them. Good range of products.I normally visit to get fish and meat as there is no good shop near by.Normally fish will be stacked up every friday so if you visit on early morning Saturday, you will get good range of fresh fish available.Vegetables price is also standard, sometimes cheaper depending on the offers.Good place to shop for home products if you have moved to neighborhood recently.The place is inside Vega City mall so no issue with parking.
