What a wonderful place for all your doggo needs. I have fallen in love with Heads up for tails eversince I started visiting them. Their staff is very affectionate towards your pet. I have never been dissapointed with their services. Grooming- on point, products- uptodate, service- heads up, attention to needs- undivided. My pet enjoys her visit every time we visit any of their branches. Keep it up you guys👍

HUFT has been our go-to-place ever since my darling Ares came into our lives. From the very friendly n ever helpful staff to a wide variety of pet friendly food n product . It’s always been a fun experience going there with my Ares.

Take my dogs for grooming to this place on a regular basis, the staff are friendly and quite affectionate to the dogs. They do a good job of grooming the dogs and my dogs seem quite happy to go there. At the end of their grooming they get a little paper bag of doggy biscuits which they wait to eat up. If my dogs are happy then I am happy. A thumbs up for their services

Good shop. They attend well. But, I could not get the bed i choose for my pet. They can put on display more of european or american products than chinese ones.

Awesome place for pet needs. We had taken our pet for grooming. Very good service, they treated my pet with affection and care, which is most important for sensitive, anxious pets. Neat work, efficient staff. I am very happy and have decided to go there again the next time also for my pets grooming and spa.

Its literally the only place we get our dog food. They consistently stock the best brands and are extremely helpful in-store or over phone to clarify any doubts.A wide variety of toys and accessories ensures its the most complete store for our dogs.Just brilliant!

Good place to get all required things for pets

Heads up for tails go out of their way to serve their customers. I rang them late for a delivery as I was busy during the day. While they told me they would be able to send it only next day as it was closing time already, 15 mins later my door bell rings and it was the delivery. Im so grateful to them for going out of their way. Thank you so much. Amazing team.

The best place for our pets. My Persian cat Ozzy enjoyes his grooming, this is the third time we have taken him here for a complete grooming. Good place to buy cat food and doog food.

Heads up for tails is one of the best pet shops where you can get anything related to pets. The quality they provide is of top notch and they have a huge parking lot and the staffs are very friendly and are very well informed about the products and services. I bought a dress for my beagle and its just awesome and he loves so much and its a perfect fit. I would recommend anyone who loves pets to visit this wonderful place. Update: HUFT reached out to me regarding my review. They offered store credit or exchange my product. Opted for store credit And also bought few clothes for my pups. They are of good quality and my pups didn’t fight to wear them so I am assuming comfortable, convenient to pee for them in those shirts too.Their soft toys are of real good quality. My pups rough use them and still intactCarbon pee pads one of the best I have used so far.No odour whatsoever.Bad quality product. Not great after sales service.Bought a playpen for my 35 days old pups and it didn’t even last a week. Day 1 the clips started falling off.It’s into 6 pieces now. Had ordered few stuff from whatsapp and I wanted to return a product and boom no response. Atleast they could have informed me about returns or no returns.This definitely is not what we expect from a brand like heads up for tails.I’d rather order from local pet store. They would give better service (speaking on experience).I always had planned on taking them grooming and have their regular shopping here. Really clean and lovely place, the cat section is a bit small, and has less stuff, but the dogs section is really lovely u can find whatever u want. the best petshop in bangalore i would say!!!

Since getting my puppy this branch has been my go to pet store - well stocked, organized, clean and the key thing for any retail store, friendly staff.

Highly talented staffs. Treat very nicely and they do wash and hair cut.during groming they dont allow. You can get all kinds of pets toys, cloths, beds, verity of food items. Car parking also available. And available some Indian puppy here. You can see puppy before and after photographys. Really they do very great job. Thank you so much.

My association with this place started in 2016.Their products are way beyond excellent!! And every trip to India involves shopping at HUFT, Magrath Road. Now with my daughter adopting a dog in Blore, the association has strengthened even more.. Personalised service is guaranteed!!The owner and staff are very well-informed about the benefits of the products and that makes it easier to shop. Be it the collection of toys or the Yummy in my Tummy biscuits or the personalised pillows(I have one with Zikos name on it), this shop leaves me wanting more for my fur baby..

Fantastic place to buy real imported stuff.They house the finest international brands of food. Superb customer service.I spoke to a person Named Brian, he was super quick and helpful. Can’t find a one stop shop for all your pet needs (Especially dogs)The products are a little on the expensive side but the quality and the customer service makes up for it hands down !Look forward to shop regularly and thank you for making my experience worthwhile!

They have dog beer and dog pizza. I went to get a dress for my friends dog and they had some good options.they even had a sherwani for dogs which was so cute and hilarious. The stuffs were also a little too pricey. The dog houses and play things are available in a lot of variety. Check it out if youre looking to spend some big bucks on your dog.

The best place on Earth for Pet grooming .Staffs are very professional n caring .Nice location .

The only reason there’s even 1 star is cause of their training pads. I bought a play pen from them, the hinges started to come off day 1. After less than a month it’s all dismantled and broken now.Their WhatsApp service is good but incase you need returns they won’t text you back.

My floof cat, Symba, was so happy when he got his grooming done here.

I just love these guys and everything they do for animals. And my pet (2 year old pug ) really loves their chicken gluten free biscuits, as we don’t cook meet at home we often shop these biscuits from them. Also the one amazing product they sell is yakies, which is made up yak milk. Yakies keep him so engaged. We love shopping from heads up for tails

The most important of all things when it comes to pet products is how fresh they are whether its the packaged food or cat litter. I have always found heads up for tails to have fresh stock. I have visited their store and its super clean, their online orders are quick as well and quality of products purchased in-store or online are consistent.

My doggo Mike loved this place. He bonded with the staff instantly. The store has much needed items that makes a pawrent’s life easy. Thank you! 🙏🏽Update -Some of the products were a flop. Like the teething toy was torn open by my 5 month old in the first go!!! Like the toy was for teething dogs.... and I reached out to the store for replacement and no response. I spent almost 16k on items at the store and was planning on making it a regular place to buy from but was disappointed with the wrong recommendation made by the store staff and no response or a customer service after the purchase :(I feel sorry this experience...

What a wonderful place to take your pets for grooming and buy their stuff ! Most importantly, a place is beautiful coz of its people and they all are just amazing starting from the owner ( Ridhima ) to the security bhaiya everyone is just so friendly and co operative . Our shitzu puppy munchkin is pretty moody and an anxious dog and grooming her is a real task so we requested the owner to be around so that her grooming goes on well and we are so so thank ful that Ridhima made sure she was there till her grooming got over and the groomer Sam did a fab job and to our surprise munchkin( our pet) was absolutely happy and calm after the grooming unlike other times where she used to get very cranky . Highly highly recommend this place . Every penny is worth spending . Wish they had 10star rating and I would have given them that too ! Thank you HUFT ❤️

We took our cocker spaniel for her first professional grooming to HUFT. The staff were quite courteous and asked questions about her temperament and health and our requirements. Joey went in all nervous but came out all happy and looking like a million bucks!! Highly trained professionals who can handle restless and anxious dogs too. Price was a little high. Definitely recommend this place for grooming your dog.

The biggest difference with HUFT is the way they treat your dog when you take them there for grooming.

Extremely pricey and they do not even care if you have adopted a dog from the street. They just want to extract as much money from you as possible. The staff keeps upselling till the time you are in the store. I have been to smaller non branded stores and they are more helpful and will give good discount on their products to encourage such adoptions.

The staff and the manager were super friendly and guided us throughout while shopping for our pet kids in the store. A must visit for all pet parents!
