We entrusted house plan approval services to Agent Dilip Kumar, who is a disgrace to engineering professional services. Our experience with him for a simple house plan approval through BBMP took over 9 months. I and my wife had to do multiple follow ups to get the simple status updates. This arrogant peanut brain agent became so aggressive in his response to my wife when she followed up with the status, he used FOUL language as a response. He got so irritated because of his incompetence in handling the situation, which I think was because of his lame excuses and lazy work ethics/practice, that he raised his voice and started to behave in his true animal nature. By this time we had already given him close to 15K. We felt like we are stuck with him by this time and we involved my cousin who is in police department as a mediator. As soon as my brother got involved everything started to move smoothly, good-for-nothing Agent Dileep himself handed over the approved plan and blueprint document in person to my brother within 3 weeks. Beware, there is a good chance that you will encounter this evil behaviour with this creature as that is his true personality, that is what we experienced, a true hell for almost 9 months. I would recommend to completely avoid his services at any cost, it is best if you go to reputed company where you might have to spend 10K extra than working with this filthy peanut brained human being. Learn from our mistake and dont deal with him.Reply to noble “Agent” Dileep’s response:1. You never deployed anyone to our case; be truthful & accept your incompetence. You are not an ARMY to deploy a case-worker.2. Show the proof that you reached out to us on a daily bases – we have the call history & so do you, so stop lying you little man.3. If your petty mind could not take my wife’s questions, shut down your business & go home. Don’t take your wifes anger on your paying customers, take your anger somewhere else & stop thinking highly of you.4. Had you been honest with us from the get-go about your incompetence, we would have reframed from hiring you, you little man. Oh, I paid your fees completely, regardless of your ethically questioning professional-behavior. Because, I keep my words.5. Once we escalated our case to Police, you obliged. You know & we know, so lets not pretend you little man.6. We have been extremely polite before we went to police & they did what they needed to do to get your useless self to work. You know & we know, so lets not pretend.7. Shut down your business, before people start throwing filth at you Dileep. Save any dignity left, oh my apologies, you have none!8. Little man, dont lie, especially when you are running a business. You should be glad we did not press charges on you.
