(FYI Im a resident of TG Epitome). Very poor construction and delivery of the house to the customer. There are lots of issues in TG Epitome. Basement gets flooded after every rain. They dont really care about it once the flats are handed over to the consumer, and we have raised complaints with them so many times. You can visit TG Epitome any time during the rainy season, the basement gets flooded. The drainage also runs right on top of the basement floor. Lots of mosquitoes and flies. Very unhygienic! Poor design and implementation. A lot of houses have seepage issue. Please contact any of the resident there to get a confirmation. I would recommend going for any other builders. I wont recommend TG Builder to anyone. There are lot of other problems in the building. The elevator is always problematic. People frequently get stuck in the elevator for hours. Its of really poor quality. TG never cared about our concerns even though all these started happening within just 2-3 months of purchasing the flat. Electrical work is not done properly. People have lost lot of electrical appliances due to poor quality of wires and of course the type of wiring they have done. Very frustrating after spending lot of money for buying the flat. Building also has lot of cracks and the walls are just powder if you try drilling on the wall.I would not recommend TG to anyone. But if you really want to buy or already in the middle of purchase, please talk to one of the TG Epitome residents and know about their concerns.

We have visited the TG Arte property today. My feedback is as mentioned below. They don’t really care for customers. We were Informed to be at the property before 12.30. We having considerable interest in property had been to the place by 12.15 Pm. We were asked to wait for 10 min since the sales person Nishanth was busy with other customer. When I have gone inside to speak, he told 2 min and since then no update from him. I have gone with my wife who is pregnant and waited there for 45 min but no one turned up. They haven’t even offered chairs to us considering my wife is pregnant. I had to personally search for a chair near construction and take it. After 30 min, security person has bought one chair seeing me seated on a stone. The service is so bad and no courtesy to inform us about the right time to discuss. And they are least bothered about customers. We had to leave the place by 1 pm and there is no call from this sales person as well. If this kind of response is at the beginning, then what kind of response would be there after purchase. I never recommend this builder to anyone.

1. Should have taken everything in writing. As a customer, we are valued until we pay money and then TG show their exact colour.2. Seepage issues in basement are not addressed in their project Epitome. Electrical and plumping is pathetic.3. They influence some customers and make things go against you.4. Less exterior finishing.5. You should interact with existing customers before you take a decision to buy a flat.

They are among a very few builder who cares about the quality of material used in their project and prompt delivery.

As i understand, they do anything to sell flats but wont give value to customers after a person purchased a flat. My brother has a flat from this builder and they dont even care to fix common area issues even when there is a mandate to fix construction issues for 5 years from RERA. The seepage issue is a major concern and TG is not ready to do anything about it.

Horrible construction and workmanship. Use of cheap quality products throughout the building. Not even a year and am facing so many issues within the flat leave alone building issues. Complaints to the site engineer are ignored as they do not know what to do. Lighting, plumbing, carpentry name it and you will find issues. All big talks given at the time of purchase but reality is a big lie.

Dont Even think of buying property from this builder, first they will delay in hand over by minimum of 3 years and also after handover you have to wait for amenities for years together. Certain properties dont have amenities even after 2 years of moving in. they will sell you property by hook or crook there is no follow up or proper customer service.Quality of construction is very pathetic you can confirm it by visiting their properties or talk to people who have bought property from them to believe.

My experience with the T.G. family has been as personal as it has been professional. The proprietor, Sandeep, is known to my uncle who owns a T.G. developed apartment himself. T.G. has a great sales and CRM teams which ensure that all the queries from the customers are addressed. I have always been thoroughly impressed by the transparency and professionalism that they exhibit which is not only rare but very important for a 1st time home buyer like myself. Another observation I made was that they are prompt and ensure adherence in finishing the construction. I surely hope that T.G. Arte will also live up to the expectations of all your previous projects bringing smiles to the 90 odd families that will live there starting the end of 2020. I would like to personally thank Sindhu (CRM), Sandeep (Proprietor), and Shivam (Sales) who have helped me along this journey and hope to have a long association with them and the T.G. family.All the very best, and keep up the good work.

The apartment though a little out of main road, still everything you need is available within 1 KM radius.The lake view is nice. The apartment is in a peaceful and serene surrounding. Bad roads are a challenge, multiple requests to BBMP has fallen on deaf ears. The flat quality in itself is nice and looks premium, but some part of the project being incomplete because of Govt. redtape has residents a little concerned. We hope everything is completed soon and all will be good. Good support has been received from the builder.
