I have been staying here since Feb 2019 and having a very good time. I looked out for rental properties around Whitefield and found this place convincing. Very good from safety stand point.The people are good and cooperative. Happening place..

The property is really good with great amount of green patch and well maintained club house.We are little disappointed with the kitchen provided , most of the builders usually provide the kitchen sink at least if not the slab. But here we got absolutely nothing apart from 2 sink pipes not even pipe fittings for the utility area.

I have been staying in Soham since Jan 2019. Excellent amenities like indoor synthetic badminton court, wooden table tennis hall, large pool table, foozball, air hockey, carrom, multipurpose Court, open skating area, well equipped gym, study room and yoga room. In a span of 1 year, I did not face any trouble. Parking area is well ventilated and during the day no electric lights are required. I like the design of the balcony with tempered glass. Corridors and staircase are spacious. Would definitely say soham is good place to reside.

We recently bought a flat with sumadhura. It was good experience. Sales Manager Shiva kumar was professional and courteous. Our interactions were good. Once the sales was done, CRM executive Meenaxi was our contact point. She was patient, responsive and helpful with our questions and enabled us to get through various stages of owning the flat. Distance from main road is very less, apartments facing road side will be very noicy .. Very less open space area considering number of total flats. Builder tried to use each and every sq ft of property.. good for builder.. not very cool for residents :p Yes I agree location is the best reason to invest and speed of work is awesome...

Great location !! The most important thing is the projects looks to be running on time . Hope they complete it till the dates mentioned. Sales and Marketing team are supportive and interactive. They are giving options on Tile selection and all , which no one cares to offer.

- Soham is an awesome residential apartment. Construction quality is very good, nice swimming pool, beautiful landscape, fantastic clubhouse with indoor badminton court and lots of other amenities. It is at par with Prestige, Brigade at a lower price. Free open space is a bit less.- The best part of Soham is its location. Near to Deens Academy school and Bangalore School, Park Square and Forum Shantineketan malls within 2 kms, Good hospitals near by and upcoming metro station within 1 km.- We have a vibrant society with enthusiastic cultural team that organises all major cultural events and festivals.- Rent value is also good as its near to GR TechPark and ITPL. It cant get better.- Satisfaction level of owners is high as living comfort is good- Relationship with Builder is good and they have been responsive in solving initial teething issues (khata transfer, minor civil improvements etc) of new apartment.- Awesome option to invest for self occupancy or rent out, a good option for tenancy too.

Sumadhura Soham Phase II floor plan has been really impressive with vastu compliance, located in IT hub with good connectivity to upcoming metro.We had been looking for multiple projects in and around Hoodi / Whitefield location and this suited our requirement very well. Quality of construction is good.Sales team (Venkat and Adi) have been very cooperative since day 1 of our site visit.Club house has come up very nicely to accommodate all the amenities.Greenery is slightly on lower side as of now, I would suggest to have more greenery around walking track.

My worst descision of life to buy a flat here. I had carefully selected the unit as per the design but to my shock, they have put the STP exhaust without any proper cushioning on top of my flat. This not only has made the whole environment noisy but also often leads to stinking smell all around.There poor planning & design has made my life miserable and suffering.I have been following up for correction for over 9 months but no change so far. If you are planning to buy a flat here, make sure you are ready for these kind of surprises.Few more points to note:1. Poor quality of finishing. Most of the tiles are chipped.2. Walls full of cracks. Reoccuring. Reappearing.3. Wooden flooring as good as a musical floor. Very noisy. The base labelling was poor.4. Thin common walls.5. 3rd grade design and 4th grade construction quality

Sumadhura is very reliable and quality builder so far my experiences with other builders. They are on time on projects completion and too with OC certificate. Their customer relations and mail responses are prompt and clear. I see the Construction quality is far better than other builders I have seen.

I am happy to be owner in this project. Sumadhura Soham has great location and accessibility. Sumadhura Soham Team has been good from the point of view of communication of progress with both Sales and CRM team. It was better than expected journey of wait all this time. Not only we got timely delivery of the apartment but team assisted us on quite few other aspects. We being NRI for quite sometime booking, legal verification, development ,registration and handover activities of the project were handled in very smooth manner. Thank You Team.

Sumadhura as a Builder is known for Quality and Timely delivery of Projects. And I am not disappointed at all with the way Sumadhura Soham has come up though was delayed slightly.Pros- Great CRM team with Satyapriya standing tall with her great suggestions during civil work. Infact her whole team was hard-working and cooperative.- Transparency in most of the phases of development. Customers and Sumadhura Management interacted through WhatsApp group. Something never heard off with builders like Prestige, Shobha,Brigade..- Quality is impressive as things look the same as shown in Brochure.- Management is open to taking suggestions and improve upon certain things post handover.ConsWell not too many, but 3 keys things to consider for future Projects-- Parking space though adequate , I STRONGLY recommend that the driveway should be wider . I am struggling with my XUV.- Not enough planning on Airconditioner location. We struggled to get a vendor who could play SPIDERMAN while fixing the artifact on the designated external wall.- Need to consider green cover for this Apartment. Please take this as a suggestion as the front side looks barren.Overall experience- fantastic. Value for money- absolutely.Great work team Sumadhura!!

We are a young NRI couple who googled about the project and was very much interested to buy an apartment in sumadhura soham. We are financially well and wanted to confirm and pay before leaving bangalore. But the first impression of the sales Manager Aadi was so bad that we were offended. He underestimated us, was rude and arrogant. He was not willing to show the apartment at first and asked us straight away if the price fitted our pocket in a disrespectful way. We had lost interest and even if we liked the apartment we went for another property by Brigade who gave good customer service and valued us To keep the reviews and builders name, Sumadhura soham should consider the feedback from customers very seriously and advise your sales manager to treat every customer as valuable with respect and not to underestimate anyone.

The sales officer was not very cooperative. I was not allowed to see any part of the apartment for inspection. According to him, people are blindly booking just because of the location. Not convinced. Looks suspicious. Stay away.

Did not have a very pleasant experience with the Sales/Marketing team. He was not all interested in showing the project elevation.I was told that most of the project is sold out and the only units available will be in 2 middle blocks which is expected to complete by March 2019 for which the bookings are yet not started according to him.When i asked for brochure to see the unit plan i was told that no brochure is available. I asked him to show me the unit plans for the already completed blocks as it is something which will be the same for the new blocks. He mentioned there might be deviation in the plan for the new blocks as compared to already completed ones and hence he is not sure about the unit plan. For most of my queries i got vague and unclear answers. Also when i asked to see a Model flat ,this guy told me that there is no model flat and people have booked just because its SUMADHURA. Really ? Are you kidding me?Are people in Bangalore so dumb that they are buying flats without even looking at the construction quality,the unit size,the configuration etc. SUMADHURA is no HIRANANDANI or DLF. When i insisted to see the already completed flats i was told that all the flats are locked and nothing can be shown.He was hell-bound not to let me see anything for reasons unknown to me.Finally after a lot of persuasion and discussion he showed me a couple of units and i could really see that none of the units were locked and construction work was in progress almost everywhere. Not sure why so much of secrecy is being maintained.If you are really not interested in selling ,please close the marketing office.

Marketing person was ignorant. He was not interested to show the property and discuss on the prices. The worst marketing person I ever interacted with. Simply a junk guy. With this behavior from Sumadhura sales team, I decided not to go for sumadhura soham or any of their other projects as well. I would not recommend sumadhura builder to anyone in my social circle as well.Later on I opted for another reputed builder in the same area and very much happy with his approach and his assistance till the registration and possession of my property.
