I would give a 0 star when it comes to payment of the materials supplied.Have been following it up for almost 3 years for the balance payment , whenever called on the board-line number , no one comes ahead to answer the call. The accountants are the worst out of all.

Today I happen to visit your Kanakpura store. Response was good from the sales guy Chamraj but his manager who spoke to me (dont know his name) seems to be showing no interest to our requirements. Do we really need such managers ?? They will only kill the sales opportunities and demotivate the sales guys. Pls have a look. The so called manager doesnt have the sign of aggression nor interest to work with customer nor to understand the requirements. Such employees will only spoil the business. I am giving only ONE STAR for my bad experience.

These people are not nice .. I had selected some tiles morning and they informed that tiles will be available by 3 PM, I had paid advance money and told them to call me.Came back again at 3 PM .shop owner in thanissandra road informed that those are not available buy what ever we have .. or else your money wont be refunded .Never give them money until you receive what you want .they are simply frauds .. after you give the money you are nothing to them.

It has a nice display of Kohler, if you order by mistake it will take ages and multiple phone calls to get the product to their store. You will hear reasons like Kohler stock issues, Kohler is updating inventory for new year. I ordered bathroom fittings from Kohler, kitchen sink mixer was changed to another model. Wash basin waste coupling no stock yet after a month. I assumed only Kohler is the issue and ordered a Jaguar wash basin from the display items and still after 2 weeks not in stock, so I have the option to pick up the display piece. Basic things like Viking steel braided connection pipes available in local stores and not available. When can you get it? No idea sir. You can collect one item at a time. For the given advance amount whatsoever possible we will give you, else It is painful procedure to return back the advance.The painful part is once the payment is done the salesperson will expect you to call and check if all items are available.
