No parking for visitors, they redirect to nearby local private parking property. My car got multiple dents after parking there and the people there are goons.. cant argue with them

Took my Nicet level 1 exam here in Pearson education. All seems good except the unavailability of Parking, its difficult as its a no parking zone nearby.

Excellent working environment amid huge humans movement area.Situated very nearby wonderful Lalbagh park.U can access almost everything from this location.Having nice maintenance team.

Very good business tower.It has 9 Floors.Around 22 Companies office is available here.There are 3 lifts availed in which 1 is dedicated to 1 to 5th floor, another one is dedicated to 6 to 9th floors and last one for 1 to 9 floors.

No parking for outsiders here and it is very deficult to get parking on this road.The security guards at the gate are involved in their own pranks.You might get easily misguided by the guards if you dont have a clear idea what is your work in here and which office you are heading to.Dangerously Surprising that there is no maximum count of people in the elevator in these Covid times and there is nobody to control.Word of caution is that, use staircase.

I went to IDFC. They have no parking alloted for visitors. I have struggled a lot for parking. Finally parked in passport office parkings

Used to work as a free home loan counsellor for L & T used to park the vehicles inside the pride hulkul building was allowed that time but now a days one way near the passport office road , give service to u r bank or financial services why should we have to park in park and pay place every time we have to pay for parking the vehicle why dont u allow to park the vehicles inside the building and help the employees or home consultant associated with u r bank or financial consultant noting personal

Inside walls are very dirty with pan stains all over ...proof that people are spitting all over hence how hygienic would the place be!

I went to this place for online PMP examination at Pearson VUE Centre (at ground floor). The place is neat and due to Coivd-19, restrictions on entering the building.

The complex has no visitor parking space except for showroom customers. Main Road is no parking and a tow away zone. And it is on a one way which sees a lot of traffic.No nearby building has paid parking either. You have to go into congested lanes inside and leave your car. Dont drive a 4 wheeler here.

For going for idfc or l& t for customers or home loan agents the security guards or Watchmen say u have to park somewhere else near the Lalbagh gate not in the premises , what is the use of saying parking is for only employees or for the owners of the buildings , some what a joke

Nice commercial office space in the heart of Bangalore. It houses the corporate/ regional office/ service centres and showrooms of many big brands. The place is well maintained and has an ample car parking space.Located on a one way road. If you miss to stop here, you need to go around couple of kilometers to get back again here.

Went to L &T financial services. Very small office in 3rd floor. Not too crowded. If you are getting NOC after 6 months of loan completion - need to pay Rs 250. Responsive staff.

The balcony n utility glass should have toughned glass , so it would break into small pieces and also the curious thing is it broke when a small thin 5-6 year boy who weighs around 15-20kg walked towards it me didnot see it.. So Quality is the issue here I think.. and the glass pierced kids knees and face . He was just lucky to be saved from major incident here. the quality is pathetic and worst here at pride Enchanta

A commercial hub near to lalbagh passport office. It is a primary business hub for IDFC BANK , L&T FINANCE , multiple other corporate.

Great building equipped with fire fighting system and emergency diesel generators.Hosts a lot of companies like Mitsubishi, Quick heal, L&T finance, etc

Parking has Theft problems, But the management will not even respond to your complaints. Also, sewage system will fall directly on your car like abisegam. Advice is, take care of your vehicles..even tough there is security...no one can help

Building is in a bad shape due to lack of maintenance. There are glass windows breaking and falling off from high floors. The basement stinks of leaking water from toilet. It in a very bad location for a building which is rent out as office space.
