MN builders worst work quality , the owner doesnt have any idea , simple build the apartment and handed over,no amenities provide d only lift that is also not working properly, never recommended to anyone . Dont go for this builder.

Good look wise

Very poor service they handed over the project very late the initial communication was only for 2 years but the handover was after 3 and half years. Amenities not ready including power backup the builder will switch off the power backup lift it is the new lift but not working properly few press for 3rd floor it will take you again to the ground floor they committed for gym multi purpose hall swimming pool nothing is ready. And it is not like to give a negative comment about the builder..its a reality if anyone interested for the project please come down have a look into personally then will come to know

One of the worst apartment in Bangalore. Maintenance is very poor.all day no water.. only two times water is available.. water pump is second hand so it burns...lift is most of the time not working.. power back up is only for night time..in day time there is no generator service there is no proper security guard.they take proper maintenance charges but dont give it...

The response of the builder in clearing doubts and clarification with regard to document, title and planning etc is good.Takes views of common benefits of customers. Good n upcoming location and construction at this phase of time is good.
