They are simply extending the project completion time. I purchased flat here and feel completely cheated.

Good project. Strategic Location, right on main road. Layout is spacious, well lighted and modern. They should be completing as per RERA guidelines.

Regular apartment complex. May be around 220 units. Big lifts. 2,2.5 & 3bhk apartments. Priced at moderate rates. Builder price ranging from 4800/sft onwards. Vastu compliant only for 2 and 2.5, 2BhK flats. Check out for no EMI option till occupancy. Sales team is very friendly and accommodative.

Mittal Elanza is having a pretty good location thanks to its nearness to several social and economic hotspots of Bangalore

The project is well designed and the construction quality is superior in comparison to other major builders.

The apartments at Mittal Elanza in Yelahanka are the epitome of excellence as far as the aesthetics of the project is concerned.

Mittal Elanza price is excellent as the project is reasonably priced and the amenities provided are of international standards

Good location, but really not worth for that rate.

Underrated but one of best in this area

Too many projects are near this & its not so great project.I guess project started since 2015,work is delayed & still takes another 3 years-4years to complete.
