Location is good.Construction quality is good..Marketing team is Courtesy enough..No groceries near by..No public transportation..No metro..Schools around are mostly international so its expensive..costing 1.5lakhs for LKGTo reach outer ring road / sarjapur road via carmelaram or Whitefield via Varthur is hell..at present +30-45min ..

Good ventilation flats, full of greenery surroundings. Not available needy things, opposite to booze place. Top floors construction quality is very bad, so many seepage issues.

A nice society. Calm from the crowd of city, yet well connected by road. Almost all required supplies are available at walkable distance. Loved the place.
