I know Hebron Properties is a leading developer in Bangalore. Has anyone booked Hebron Avenue apartment ? I see that they claim its 75% booked but not sure about it. Can someone point me to the right people or get me some references on this. One of my cousin wanted to buy a flat there and they say that many of the units he was looking are almost booked. So not sure if this is the right information or not.

I gave a lakh as a booking amount for Hebron avenue property. I was told I ll be given complete refund if I cancel. I cancelled 110 days back, to give my refund these guys were saying rera is holding my funds and this and that. They initially sent me an email saying they will refund in 60 days. It’s going to be 120 days still these guys have not refunded. I doubt if these guys are genuine. Pls be careful before any money is given to these guys. Finally after so much run around I got my refund on 27th Sept 2019.

I had cancelled my booking in the month of June beginning and the marketing representative sent an email to the accounts, I have been sending reminders for last couple of weeks and have not received any reply ever since. What is happening!!?? #hebron #fraud
