They arranged all laminate booklets , wallpapers brochure at our door step for selection.On the alterations within flat as per what we wished, we were given right options to choose from and good suggestions which is key to choosing interior firm.Another great point is meeting deadline , since time is money and they adhered to the same .Lastly the quality I received is worth every penny spend. Why a rating of 1?- for making me talk to entire world, Aishwarya, Suchitra, Adnan, Advait, Mani, Subbu, Shankar, Vishnu and finally Sanjay.- for giving false designation to interns, Director sales, director. Marketing, director project management director Asia Pacific director solar system and what not.- keeping us in dark on many things including time, factory position, material colours quality and many other.We know this is a bad business and we home buyers struggle but this one was way beyond imagination.How can interior work be done online guys? We had visited their place in 2020 December for our 3bhk in Bangalore, due to location preferences and proximity we shortlisted them after a few visits and visiting a few other places lije homelane, livespace and some other local vendors. Though Im not very happy about their work, i will try to list down a few pros and cons. When I informed the management about my unhappiness and reasons, they were kind enough to offer a product of them as a compliment. Well i was surprised by the gesture, anyway here goes...Pros:1. timely completion2.friendly employees3. Though initially designer was friendly as and when time passed he seemed not available and less interested in his work, our work got delayed by corona by around 2 months though their factory is just 2 km away from our home4.good and cooperative carpenters5.atleast someone is available to respondCons:1. High cost2. Continuous follow up3. Not much designs or ideas, we had to show them designs whenever we asked to pyovide from them there was not much inputs4. We asked for a magic corner space on the kitchen storage however it is a disappointment5.90% of the total project cost is taken in advance6. The project manager told unless rest 10% is paid he cant return the house keyWell I do have more to write and pictures, will edit and add in future

It was great experience with Fabdiz. After a lot of research and investigation , we opted for Fabdiz Interiors for our dream home , we were initially bit skeptical about how it will be and how things will work during COVID times but then we decided to give chance to Fabdiz for making our house a dream home with whatever we wished for.I am writing this review after almost an year of service from them so that can share my honest experience with respect to everything . These guys lived up to our expectations and can say even unexpectedly delivered more than that. Quality is top notch , coordination is excellent among the team , timings - yes I want to mention specific to that , they delivered us the complete interiors in a span of 45-50 days exactly and completely. Yes they did it to our humble request. Appreciate it :)If one wants the best quality work at reasonable price , Just go to them. After an year of service we can assure of that. For few months I have been trying to collaborate with them to register as a vendor to sell my printed and framed photographs, the purchase and sales department said they will call me back checking with the boss the next day, I didnt recieve a call or text the other day, I gave some time and called the sales person, my call was ignored and didnt get any response.So I decided to take my huge and heavy framed photographs and walked all the way to Studio and asked the same person, wheather is it possible to help me set up a meeting with the boss, he came back with a lame response they are saying busy, may sometime in future if needed neither the sales person nor the boss didnt even bother to look at what I was about to present them , didnt even have the curiosity to know what have I brought them. The people work here doesnt have the motivation or intrest to take a lead to do something on their own but complain saying all the decision has to be made by the boss and higher authorities..They call it themselves as creatives and designers but they dont appreciate creativity and not open minded to explore other creatives.I wouldnt recommend any kind of buisness relationship with the people who claims to be creative in designs just in paper but honestly a group of regular buisness people who lacks passion towards their work!

After doing lot of research about the best interiors in Bangalore I finally narrowed down to FabDiz. As I was not sure, as a litmus test I just went with a modular kitchen for my guest house . Excellent workmanship quality and transparency. On time completion of the project. Amazing vendor management. You name it they have it.This made me go ahead once again with them for my newly built house for fully furnishings.FabDiz did an excellent job again and I can only say that they have a very stream lined process either it’s just a modular kitchen work or a huge bungalow, they can do it with high quality delivery without compromising on the timelines.Only possible because of the excellent team FabDiz has. Appreciate their designer Shwetha as she is very professional and she did a wonderful job for us . She converted our brain map to the best usable interiors for our entire house . We had a wonderful experience getting our interiors done from Fabdiz. Fabdiz has redone our entire flat at Brigade gateway according to the latest trends and the interiors have come out very well. Our review may be a bit long but it has to be, if we have to cover all the details so that people looking at getting interiors done can benefit by reading it.Every single person whom we interacted with from the Fabdiz team were very patient in listening to what our requirements were. Aishwarya who gave us the initial quote was extremely prompt and was very quick to make repeated changes in quote based on our request . We had spoken to almost 6 to 7 interior firms before finalizing Fabdiz. Once we finalized Fabdiz, Rajani took over the job of designing the interiors for our apartment. She is an extremely patient person and in the 3 month period that we interacted with her, we have never seen her losing her cool in spite of so many changes that we kept making. She always told us what would look good and what would not. She was with us, guiding us at every point till the flat was completed according to her 3 D renders.At the implementation stage, Vinod took over and did a wonderful job. He knows how to interact with the various vendors, service personnel and get the job done .He does not stop till we are completely satisfied. We have called him up many times at 10 pm in the night or even later and he always attends the calls and sees that our issues are resolved the very next day. We feel that Vinod is a big asset to the Fabdiz team .Of-course there was a delay by 2 months for handover but this was due to the lock down rules in Karnataka. During this period we used to get tensed sometimes and Vineet who is the director and owner of Fabdiz would always reassure us that the project would be handed over to us on top priority once the lock down is lifted and yes, he did keep up what he said . We would say the biggest plus point of Fabdiz is that we could approach the owners directly if there was an issue at any point.We would strongly recommend Fabdiz to those who are looking at getting their interiors done for their Home . They deliver what they promise. You can proceed with their team without any apprehensions.

I will definitely not recommend to this interiors, they will definitely waste our time...they will not adhere to the timeliness committed by them...just designing the renders will take 3 months...so imagine for the rest of the project to complete...I would rate overall as 1.I would definitely not recommend this company.ThanksFazal

I am writing this review since the owner of this firn challenged me . According to them, my review wont affect their reputation.But being a victim of their unprofessional service, i have to publish this.My work was completed on last january only . So these arethe views on the quality of work carried out and the current status of things.Let me take you through the experiences i had.1. They assigned a carpenter who is a contract employee.I came to know about this at a later point in time. The workmanship was really bad. Even the basic things like pasting a laminate properly was not done. To my surprise, there were lot of broken laminates pasted inside draws and cupboards(which wont be visible in a first look. Even worst part is not pasting the laminates on the top portion of the TV unit, Tandem boxes in bathrooms. I have found these out after extensive checking and got it done.2. The attitude of these people , if you raise any concerns is hopeless. They always have one thing to say We never compromise on qualitywhich i think is only present in paper. I am clueless about their supervisors as to what they supervise. NOt even a single fault was checked by any of these people and the owner only has to come back with the exhaustive list of issues.3. I have done a bookshelf in the bedroom and as expected they have goofed this also up. around 2-3 times rework was done at home and after that it was taken to their workplace assuring that the whole thing will be re-done with new laminates. After around 3 weeks , the same got delivered and to my surprise, the condition of that shelf was exactly the same apart from some glue + color applied to the broken parts.What an unprofessional way to handle things.4. Even after all these, when i complained, they were not in a mood to listen and kept on saying about their workmanship and quality.I just want to say please have a self-introspection into whats happening within your team . Nothing more to say, if customers are ready to face all these things, you can go ahead.As you explained,There may be 1 or 2 cases like this out of 100 . Please understand, it may be one in a hundred for you . But it is the only one for me...

We have spent quite a lot of time with Fabdiz especially during the design phase and can tell some significant information about the company.DESIGN(Nature theme, Full vineer finish): We wanted a proper theme based design which is simple, neat and unique is certain sense. To us design is not about what a designer likes but its about what we and the designer have in common when it comes to taste. In the beginning we had lot of difficulty. But as Rajani pitched in, she made it into a reality. And Swetha continued her legacy.QUALITY OF MATERIALS: Neither we had restriction to pricing, neither they restricted in quality. Its entirely up-to you to decide what you want.EXECUTION: Vineeth was our project manager and all thanks to his abundance of knowledge in this subject that every execution looks 100% as the design. During this timeframe we visited the site like 3 times :-D. So you can make out how accountable he is. Certain designs were quite complex and requires real thought process.1. Play/Seating area - This was a design which Fabdiz had executed before. But, the addition of storage, book rack, cushion(color matching with vineer), etc to it, added to its complexity and stability. But to our surprise it was flawlessly done and we dont have any issue.2. MBR wardrobe - Its a transparent wardrobe and simply awesome. Just stare and you will never get bored of it.3. KIDS wardrobe - Its a transparent walk in wardrobe. If you closely observe the actual wardrobe you will understand the actual complexity that went executing this. They did had difficulties, but what is important is that it came out just the way how it was designed. This one is apple of our eye. Believe me many interior company will fail in these 3 designs we have highlighted especially this one.TIMELINE: The completion timeline was inline with what humans can do :-)FINISHING/TOUCH UP: There were some few finishing issues, most of which was rectified. But this the place where I would say Fabdiz should improve. Test everything like its your own house and correct it or inform if not correctable. I know that 100% accuracy is not possible but let it be 99% percent. This is the most important part where a customer will remember you for years together.

Thank you so much FabDiz for designing our beautiful home. The overall experience has been overwhelming. I specially want to appreciate the work done by Meenakshi as the interior designer and Vinod as the project manager for design execution. It was our first house and we were not very much sure about any of the terms, technicalities, material and other aspects of interior designing. I have to say that Meenakshi was very patient in listening to our queries and explaining them to us in detail. When the design was finalized it looked good but we were still not sure if the actual site will match to the 3D design. But Vinod and team had done really good work and during handover it felt so good that our decision to go ahead with FabDiz was a great decision. I came up with lots of query to Vinod during project execution and he really gave all his time in understanding them and providing to us his suggestion. Based on his prior experience, he gave many good suggestions in few confusing scenarios. Thanks Vinod for all your help and kudos to the entire team of FabDiz. Keep up the good work.

Initial: Fabdiz was recommended by Honest Collars and I used their services based on all the reviews. Honest collars was a massive let down and will review them later.The initial interactions with Fabdiz was great but the execution pace faltered and the responsiveness got progressively worse. They create a whatsapp group with the assigned manager, designer and their senior members. It became so bad that multiple requests on the group led to no response.Update :I had initially given them a 1 star given the poor pace of execution and lack of responsiveness for all the issues we had raised. I did escalate to one of their senior members and then there was some response and things eventually got done. I will go with a 3 star given the pace, number of times I had to reach out to get even basic responses from them.

Fabdiz did the interiors for our flat in prestige lakeside Habitat. We saw about 8 interior designers before we finalised Fabdiz. The reasons that made us choose them were: sales rep gave a quick n rounded pitch with all details, their studio was nice, gave a good idea of what can be done, lastly overall design and price considered, they seemed to be the more competitive option among the interior studios in Bangalore. Once the work started they were quite flexible in meeting our needs. The most important thing was we gave them a really aggressive time line of about 1.5 months. They delivered it and ensured good quality as well. Vineeth as a project manager front ended the job really well. Overall a professional and flexible offering. We reached out to Fabdiz for our 2bhk interiors after a bit of research through online reviews and talking to a few interior companies. Our first meeting was with Kritika at their outlet. She patiently heard our views and probed us with few important questions to understand our requirements. Based on our requirements, they gave us a preliminary quote. For the design work to get started, they requested for a initial pay of 40k. Designer Vinutha was assigned post the payment. Vinutha was extremely patient in knowing our requirement and accordingly designed our TV unit, book shelf, kitchen, both the bedrooms, vanity units & a dressing unit. It took few iterations for the tv unit and masterbedroom to get finalized. Vinutha has patiently carried on the design iterations based on mutual agreement. Laminate color / pattern selection was another step which defines how the house looks. They guided through it well. False ceiling was fabulously designed to both meet our budget requirements by keeping it simple, yet bringing life to the room through apt lighting. Vinutha also accompanied with me to shop for the house accesories like curtains, hanging lights, wallpaper selection etc. I loved my master bedroom 😍 due to the color combination suggested by Vinutha and the kitchen turned out to be classy. The best part about Fabdiz is that their execution is super quick and flawless. Vinod who was the site project manager responded well for all our queries. He took note of our requests and prompt service was ensured. The execution got completed within 1 month for full 2bhk. Overall, we are satisfied with Fabdiz. For providing a balanced review, one critical point was that we felt their charges to be a bit high when compared with local carpenters who do the entire house for much lesser price. Nevertheless, the quality of work seemed to satisfy us. All of the above activities were very seamlessly managed by Vishnu, who was the overall project head. I suggest fabdiz for anyone who is looking for designers who understand clients requirements well & guide them through the interiors & for timely execution.

We are very happy with Fabdiz. They have done a very good job of our interiors in Prestige Gulmohar. The execution was very neat and they finished the work on time. It has met our expectations and our home looked really fabulous after the completion of the interior. Designer Ms Madhavi was very responsive and was ready to accommodate many changes that we requested. Prakash and his team have done a neat job and Vishu has done good job in coordination. Mr vineeth asked me to pay 40k up front before even getting into details of showing me 3d design of what he can do with the floor plan I shared... It was more like I pay 40k upfront and then he provides me design.. Is this how it works for all the clients here? Or the people who got their project done here!!?? Because I have visited few other establishments where they give me an idea abt how my house looks with their 3d design without asking for 40k advance.. Is this how everyone treated here or was I getting any special treatment regarding advance payment.. without even knowing what am getting into how can anyone make 40k advance payment just for half an hour work of interior designer suggestion... Make no mistake am not complaining about him but curious is this how this firm works asking for 40k advance amount without even giving 3d design of what materials they use or give a rough picture of how my house looks 🤔 I wasnt even assigned to a designer to discuss my needs but asked to pay money up front before even talking to their designers

I got everything I wanted, Fabdiz did a fantastic job of renovating my living room. They have created aesthetically beautiful space out of simplicity. The interesting thing that I found was, the list of suggestions for procuring items, it had great choices to pick from. I think, Im gonna use their services again.

I have spent more than 6 months in search of the best interiors for my home where I have visited several firms and I came across Fabdiz.The first thing which attracted me towards Fabdiz was their confidence in showing their ongoing project which almost most of the firms were hesitant to do. On visiting their ongoing project I could see the perfect finish (the actual factory finish) in their work, this made me decide to go ahead with them.Meenakshi was our designer and Vineeth was our project manager during your interior, both of them were highly cooperative and committed towards giving us the best of their work. They were always welcoming for any change/customisation or a complete new requirement. They had made sure that every minute details of the work match with our expectation.Though I couldnt have much interaction with Masoom and Rajani but with the little time spent with them we could see the equal cooperation from their side as well.This review would be incomplete if I conclude without talking about the Vineeth (Founder & Director),one of the main reason behind us choosing Fabdiz. For even a smaller concerns I can call him up anytime be it any escalation or you can directly any concern he will have the best suitable solution for it and when contact the owner of the firm you feel more safe and that is one of the best thing with Fabdiz which one will never get in other big firms where escalation chain itself is too big.Based on the experience following are pros and cons of FabdizPros1. They have their own factory2. Direct interaction with owner hence escalation would be strong and effective3. They take the complete responsibility of the project and complete the work on time4. We had a horrible experience with Livspace who had promised a lot of things at the design stage but in reality when it came to finalizing designs and sending for production, we were totally taken aback by seeing that they were not able to customize designs to meet our needs. Even the colors of the laminates, handles etc were very limited from where we were asked to choose from. We were forced to pull out from them at the last minute even after paying Rs 80k in advance.We then met Vineet and Pramitha from Fabdiz who really understood our requirements. We were asked to pay an advance of Rs 40k before we were showed the designs which was adjusted with the final payment. Our designer Rajani was just too good to say the least. She designed our house to perfection and we are very satisfied. Lakshman was our Project Manager who was very responsible and attended to all our requirements. Fabdiz has a turn around time of 45 working days to execute the project after the designs are finalized and sent for production but the entire team was ready to stretch to meet our requirement to move into our dream house before Diwali.Their post handover responsiveness is also excellent. I have been calling them to fix a few snags after the project was handed over to me and I do not find any delay from them.Special thanks to Rajani and Lakshman.Team Fabdiz, you were just too good!!

I was a customer of Fabdiz with project delivery in Feb 2019. The quality of work is really bad. After numerous follow ups on sub-standard work done, we finally had to just accept whatever they gave us. Quality and finish of wood work is below par and the carpenter working on our project had no basic knowledge of wood work. Two months post delivery the work done is literally falling apart.Most of the positive reviews on Google are posted by their employees.

** Warning: Long ReviewI had the opportunity to work with Vineet and his team at Fabdiz, it’s been close to a year since the work got completed and we moved into our new home. This review was due at my end. Fabdiz team has done some fantastic work at my place and I am pleased with the overall quality of work. I have received numerous positive comments from the guests who have visited our house. Now let me break my review in different areas1. Design: Vineet along with his team were very patient with us as it took more than a month to work with us and help us finalise the overall design. They never rushed in and gave candid advise in terms of what will work and what is cost effective. Rajni & Sunny Interior designer assigned to us were really helpful. Rating 9/102. Craftsmanship: Fabdiz’s key strength is their in-house carpenters. They have some really good hardworking carpenters who can turn simple designs into piece of art. Before Fabdiz many interior designers & firms were hesitant to work with veneer, but this where Fabdiz excelled. Electrician is again in-house so they work as per your needs. Rating10/103. Execution: Once the designs were finalised the team started executing, a supervisor was assigned to my project. Initially things took off slow, I mainly blame the first supervisor who was overconfident and just wasting everybody’s time. Later when I escalated to Vineet who was prompt in changing the supervisor. This is when I could see visible actions on the ground. Overall it took nearly 5+ months to complete a 4BHK house. Rating 7/104. Attention to details: Once again when it comes to carpenter they are excellent, then I would rate the Electricians and finally the plumbers. Plumbing is not their strength as they bring in one of their vendors and I guess they have limited control over them. Rating 8/105. Quality of materials used: Since I was staying in the same society, I could supervise the work and they have used all good quality and branded materials as per our original agreement. Rating 9/106. Flexibility: Very flexible, open to ideas and suggestions. If something is not according to your taste, they will change it during the execution phase which many others dont.7. Value for Money: Fabdiz might be slightly on the higher side but again they were one stop shop solution for me who arranged for Designers, carpenters, electrician, plumbers, glass work, aluminium work, painting etc plus a supervisor who was POC to get things done. If you go out to the market and start sourcing these materials on your own, you would save some money but again then you have leave your day job and start bringing these services to work together. There is a mark-up pricing on things that they procured which is mainly because they are the middle man. Overall pricing could have been slightly better. Rating 8/10My home was probably their first project with getting it ready for a Smart home (voice controlled) which had all Wi-Fi switches, lighting and other accessories. Now their electricians are well versed with installing these equipments. In case you have such requirements, they should be able to deliver it.Regarding, after-sales service, till now I have not had the opportunity to call them, I assume I will not have problem getting support.Last but not the least, a special shout out for the Project Manager/Supervisor Lakshman Rajput who was amazing, always a phone call away and delivers whatever he promises. If you have an option to choose a project manager ask for Lakshman.Overall Rating: 8/10 and I will definitely recommend Fabdiz

I engaged them for my new 3 BHK in Koramangala. Right from the start, they showed great flexibility and keenness to deliver in line with our requirements as we had a budget and also strict timelines. The team showed professionalism in coming up with the designs on time and then delivering on time. What i liked the most was that they took complete ownership of the project rather than me having to chase different stakeholders and then delivered a great quality product in a span of 2.5 months end to end. The company head Vineet was always available for any escalation and support. A special mention to the team - Lakshman, Pramita and Meenakshi for the great support throughout and showing great customer empathy and commitment.
