All promises but didnt deliver. I have a villa plot in confident gardenia in sarajapur which was bought in 2012 n registered in 2014 but so far the promised amenities havent been developed or completed. The group of owners have been chasing them for 2 years with all promises every time but no delivery yet. The place is like a Forrest now with absolutely no maintenance and not even a watch man. Stay away.

I have bought a Plot @ Confident Atria Phase 1 - in 2008 and @ the time of purchase so many promises given by them...that in 3 years all the area will develop and Confident Group will build all the facilitates with next 2 years...etc...etc... and TILL TODAY nothing as been done and when I tried to contact them no positive response -and not even reply to Emails.!!!!I WOULD SUGGEST NOT TO DO OR BUY ANY LAND OR PLOT FROM THEM THEY ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY GROUP.

The location of Confident Phoenix is also quite proper, as it is located off Sarjapur Road. It is well connected to all means to transportation to aid in the means of daily commute and to address day to day convenience. This is certainly one of the many reasons why I love this property. There is also the fact that it is really well maintained. Since my wife and I both have our workplaces at the Electronic City, it is a convenient drive from home to work and vice versa, because of the location. It hardly takes around 10-15 minutes.

These guys are biggest cheat. They sold us Villa plots in Bellatrix phase 4 in Sept 2011 telling us the site will be ready in one year. My friends and I put the 20% deposit as per the agreement. Then we had to keep asking for any progress on the plots. After more than 2 years, in Oct 2013 they told us that Confident cannot sell us the Villas and we can get our refund in 90 days.Even the refund request has been pending for more than 5 months. They dont even take the calls, return your emails.Stay away from Confident Group. If you want to get more details, email me. The location is wrong.Its located after AMC College via IIM route.

Cheated me, even after telling them I had to cancel the booking due to medical emergency they took two months time to cancel the booking and deducted 15%. I booked only 4 days ago and still after cancellation they charged 15% huge dont you think. Total fraud stay away.
