Great quality i have ever seen for the price... have visited other premium builders before purchasing one at Assetz. Good value of money. very good space management. excellent structure. 70-80% of open spaces with lush green trees.

We have bought a 1 BHK with assetz project. It has been a smooth transaction till now with everything communicated before time. We have visited the apartment already and it has shaped out as expected and the quality is on par. Hoping to take the handover at the earliest.

They are just like any other local cheap builders. They didnot miss any opportunity to exploit me as a buyer. They have no ethics and dont ever expect good response/behavior from these guys, thinking they are a good brand. They exhibit no professionalism in their manners. My rating is based on very bad buying experience from these guys at Marq, whitefield. They ate up the delayed compensation amount citing forfeited towards maintenance charge. They even did not correct the issues that I reported after inspection of house during handover.

Assetz dont deserve any star. Most 5 star rating seems sponsored or ppl are really innocent. One star rating is based on Assetz east point experience.Quality is 1 * most ammenties non functional because of substandard quality.Builder is very unethical. So many irregularities.

My experience with Assetz has been absolutely pleasant. The team was very helpful during the whole process which makes it all the more exciting and easy to buy a new home. I would definitely recommend Assetz if youre looking for a home with great location, price and design.

I purchased a 1BHK in Assetz 63 degree east.This apartment complex is in an upcoming location very near to all the new IT parks. Quality of the apartment is very good built with new techniques. I purchased a 1 BHK and the the whole process was very smooth. I especially liked the periodic updates provided by the CRM team to keep me looped on all the developments.

Assetz has delivered very cheap quality project. Floor tiles has already coming out within 6 months. Cements has started coming out of walls. Amenities has not been completed even after 1 year of handover. Please decide judicially before investing your hard earned money into any Assetz property.

Great design and concept – liked the fact that this is created for a small community however has the amenities for a larger community thus giving this project an luxurious feel. Cheater and fraud builder. Intolerable delay. After extracting 80% money from us, all of a sudden stopped any progress in Tower C and D at Assetz 63 degree east, with vague and unusual reasons. When the time of possession has come, they have come up with mail saying further delay of another 1 year. Not satisfactory answer from CRM. Still in dark of the possessions. They are wise enough to use RERA in their favour. Very poor quality construction and material. Please dont put your hard earned money with these frauds. Very painful in paying both pre-emi as well as rent, along side no progress of project.

Everything about Assetz is amazing. When I went to see the property, it was actually how I wanted my dream home to be. It has all the amenities and facilities that I wanted. Over all a very good experience I had owning my own home in Bangalore.

This is my first property at Assetz. The management mentions that they are taking learnings from each and every previous construction activity that they have undertaken, trying to improve from their previous learnings and provide the best to the customers/home-buyers. So far, so good. Location is the prime attraction along with project specifications. Road connectivity has taken a hit btw, but hoping it to be in place at the time of occupation.

Assetz Homes is one of the best real estates in Bengaluru. Quite happy with the flat mainly for quality, very good ventilation and quite spacious. When compared to many flats in the market, i can say this is the best and cannot expect more than this for the price we paid.

There are no comparisons with other competitive wrt uncompromising quality with reasonable price, I definitely recommend buyers to select any of project blindly

Hugely disappointed with the builder. I thought, given a new entrant in the housing segment they would deliver a quality product, however forget about quality they dont seem to be serious about completing the project at all. It feels as if the building is already a decade old, and so many issues all around.

Why are you changing your stand now ?[Assetz] It is rather unfortunate that as a resident of an elite project you are discussing such subjects online without seeking appropriate clarifications from the facility office.I think your facility office is as incompetent as your main office, but cant blame them as it is clear that they dont get much support from main office to address our concerns. Our landline itercom is being repeatedly broken for last 4 weeks and I have given up after following up with your facility office for 3 weeks. Since you seem to be active on this forum - please see to it that it gets addressed.[Assetz] Would request you to abstain from making comments which will have a negative impact on your home. The builder is not at all transparent and honest and the latest jolt for us is invoice being raised for water charges for last one and half years.. Other examples are that the backup power being charged at Rs 83 per unit. Exorbitant extraction in the name of khatha transfer fees, Not paying the refund amounts due from their end. etc.. Hi CRM, As you know, Assetz has messed up the badminton court design and implementation at East Point. The court is at 9th floor, with residential flats below. When people play at court, the people below bear all noise and vibration. Residents at flats below have lost peace in their lives.You have made false promises that you will correct the flooring before you exit the project. Now time is near for handing over to association and you are not responding to so many requests from residents. All you have done is to instruct security to keep the court closed at playing hours.Potential customers of Assetz, please note that Assetz doesnt respect the commitments it makes. It will not complete project and will not respond also. East point cauvery water application is not submitted yet, though other apartments nearby have done so. God knows what they did with those crores of rupees collected from all flats together for bwssb. Paint work is more like patch work here.We have our land share outside our boundary, given to next door builder without telling we flat buyers.They never told us about legal cases on land when we bought flats. Now flat owners are getting court notices to appear at hearings.Multiple issues. All serious nature. Yet Assetz doesnt respond.Thanks

Charge premium, while the quality and service is not of standards. Most of reviews here are fake, managed by Assetz itself. In reality, owners are far crying to get basic amenities and things fixed.

Ive bought properties from Sobha and Prestige besides Assetz. While there were problems with Sobha and Prestige, none come close to the problems I faced with Assetz. The top management is totally clueless and have no sense of customer service post buying the apartment. I would strongly encourage anyone from buying an Assetz property. All reviews above 1 star a re paid previews. Asset has built one third class property. Hidden behind conveniently one sided clauses in the agreement and happily delivered low quality flats to owners. Amneties and finishing uphas still not been done. Faulty electric equipments used so some 50 flats are without dg supply on a daily basis. Even refuse to paint the exterior when the cement is clearly visible through the primer !! The list is very long. Hoping other owners come.and share the pain

3rd grade builders attitude. They have taken 5K advance from me while registring as there billings were not correct. I dint had option as registration date was final. They agreed to repay garbage chute refund of 5K plus excess 5K refund. 1 year and 200 emails they have not refunded. asking me to get reconciliation from tax authority on tds deducted as excuse - I have already given form 16 and now 1 month back new for 16 with current date.Intends are obvious. reconcile your account if you are customers.Dont buy if you are not customer. - you will get court case, unfinished amenities, unfinished project, extra charges for water, later share reduced and all surprise after buying. They only react to these reviews and start giving threats if we post they will take action or not complete what is pending etc.>issues in STP,> out of our share of land they did some dealing and gave to Aadarsh in name of road which Aadarsh has blocked now. without explanation.> final quote not happening with some excuse. patched painting.>road outside apartment is pathetic.>without completing got OC - to circumvent RERA.>many amenities still not complete.>once my cycle was stolen by our own security guy controlled by assetz with permission of Assetz security head to do rounds in area. Its lying broken.> some snags cant be fixed - only minors will be done.> bad attitude of Management , blocked email ids of many officers so that we dont complain them, like dont disturb them.>they mange apartment poorly and no explanation of initial deposit for maintenance - they will finish it up, without accounts. will start maintenance before delivery . Biggest issue is that there was a court case going on for years and many gullible buyers were sold Assetz East Point without disclosing that important piece of information. Please think twice and do your due diligence before investing in any Assetz property.

I am a customer to Assetz, owning a property in their east point project. Assetz, who is a relatively new entrant in the residential project industry has been incredibly innovative in stooping into new lows. They have decided to utilize a portion of our land to build a road to the nearby property owner by adarsh. Various pleas by the owners only resulted in expedition of the road building activity. We are not sure what new surprises are in store for us. As an owner of other properties i am not new to builders not keeping their word. But least did I expect such a daylight tobbery! In case you are a prospective customer of Assetz i would recommend that you reconsider your decision

After searching on this, I got to know that it is a best project forever and its sounds very good.

Assetz Lumos has been beautifully constructed in the heart of the city near Iskcon at Yeshwantpur. The rooftop Swimming pool, Play area, Gym all makes it an attractive place to live.

Assetz projects are uniquley deisgned with a hinch of architecture. Their CRM is very responsive. I own a property from their project, they keep updating you on the construction movement also frequently.

Biggest mistake to have bought a house with them. The website shows some people with some fancy qualifications as the founders but the experience is worst than a small time builder. The Assetz East Point project is running a year late and as of now also work on none of the amenities has started. Apparently they will take one more year ! The value of money has eroded with them as in the last 4 years they still have inventory that they are selling at the same price. Quality of construction is bad.. Windows are made of low quality aluminium when the whole world has moved to UPVC. People interacting are highly unresponsive and do not even respond to emails. When asked to connect to higher ups no one shares either their mails ids or phone numbers. They are busy launching projects all over the city which you should stay away from. Highly untrustworthy and unprofessional organisation.

A really bad builder . They gave possession of my East point flat 2 year back but till today project team is busy completing the project and amenities . Horriable Quality provided , window rattles , during the rain many flats have water seaping through windows , main door Lock keys get broken easily , Speeage in basement , patch painted building walls etc .Over and above that they have employee like Mr Bakhtiyaar whos attitude is like they are doing a favour to flat owners by completing the project and taking care of snags .
