Be aware guys, this builder is fraud. Invest in his project at the cost of your money. Sales guys will show you moon but at the time of delivery you will get excuses. Im struggling to get my money back from them as they charged extra for customization at the time of registration but did nothing and not ready to refund also. Stay away from their projects.

Arattukulam Developers has potential to be a great company from current zero level. After the initial sales, they can improve their responsiveness by 100% from the current near zero levels. Keeping up commitments in terms of promises made in the catalogue, sticking to the schedules, paying vendors on time, bringing the project in line with the committed schedules, responding the customer mails, giving importance to the escalated complaints and treating the customer has customer and important.. These are the things they can start doing from the current level.

I had bought a villa with the assurance of having it delivered on or or before December 2016 in livable condition by the Aratt builders . I am writing this review on 2nd July 2020 so one can imagine the delay. I am still waiting for the completion as they will cite and lie in every known way. We have filed a court chase for cheating and defrauding me against the builders (Vishal - Son of the MD Tony and Vinay - relative of MD). There are few residents who have moved in and trying to adjust as no one can afford getting ripped with EMI and paying rent. Never go for any property with these builders who cant honor any promises and cheat you of your hard earned money. Sharing my pain that I have underwent the biggest blunder of my life trusting them. I wish I can rate them zero for what they have done. I dont want anyone to go through what I have underwent

Very poor customer service and laid back attitude. Even to sort out minor issues, they take a very long time.

My friends were working there. I can say it is a nice place to work both as a staff and site engineer. Friendly environment & good career growth. If you get an opportunity to work here dont hesitate.

Its a worst builder in the planet earth!! Dont even go near to their office... they have bunch of liers in the staff they just sell you the property, once you have done with the agreement your rights are gone.. even after you occuypy the property their facility staffs are like bunch of idiots they dont even respond to u. If you have any doubt just vist their projects in Begur and see how residents review them. You may see, minimum requirements like water is not available during they maintain... I suggest never ever buy anything from them as they are big time Cheaters...

Worst builder .. Stay away from them. They have no commitment to timelines, schedule, and even facilities that were promised. Moreover, they look for all possible ways to get money from you for doing even the things that is their duty to do as a builder.

It is worst company to do business with!! I have purchased an apartment from them and waiting from many years to get it done. They are good in talking before you make payment after that they dont care, they dont even respond to your queries. I also red bad reviews about them before buying property from them but thought that may be an odd case but i learned it now by burning my hand. They will attract you by showing cheap rate but that is a trap, please dont fall into that.! It is better to keep your money in safe hand rather than giving it to cheaters.... Also, once you buy remake is a big challange as builder is known for bad..

. They complete the structure work on time or may be maximum 1 year delay .however inside final work completion take years with constant follow up . As an nri I took around 1 year constant follow up for doing final touch worksIt was big struggle

Havent had any hassles so for in regards to buying my apartment.
