Poor communication. What is asked is not what is answered. This is a basic review of my interaction for the first time. Rude language. Maybe it was just to me. However this was my personal experience, from someone called Anjali, wherein she couldnt understand the basic difference of a question requiring clarification of my personal profile eligibility, vs a profession eligibility in general. At the end, I was informed by the same lady that they are not an information service center. Im glad she clarified it at the first meet itself since Im clearly not comfortable dealing with an agency who doesnt believe part of their job responsibility is also to provide information. This being said, since I have been constantly contacting various agencies at many points, wherein all of them were only happy to help with certain and all types of information known to them! :)

I happened to contact them to know about various details about residency and profession(mbbs) related queries. Nothing was answered properly and plus whoever picked up the call, I dont know (probably didnt have the energy to speak loud or what) she cut my call thrice just because she didnt know the answers to my questions. Terrible communication system. The reason we call is to know about matters,if it cant be answered then whats the point of keeping your contact information on your website?!..Replying to the owner :I do have the number plus the amount of times I have called youll and the time of call too.(if only, there was a method of posting a screenshot here). Instead of calling people fake, take up responsibility and do something about it. Not everyone will have the same complaint.

Did not got the support I was expecting. The case manager assigned was in a different world and never had time. Had complained initially but still got the same person. My application has now expired while my friends with similar score have got through different visa which was never discussed.So if u have a very good score u could go with these guys else find a better partner.Not recommended

Don’t ever go to these people even if they give you free service. They are fake and don’t help you with anything. I applied my mother’s visa twice through these consultancy and Amit Kumar Gautam was helping me. He doesn’t care about your application and has no idea what he is doing.They don’t even have the courtesy to communicate about the status of the application. I had to keep calling to check and he didn’t even bother to respond. It’s been 2 months now and they still haven’t call me to inform that the visa got rejected. I applied trv again the very next day of visa rejection with a different consultancy and got it approved.Be aware of fake consultants.

The support I got from Visas avenue throughout my immigration process was below expectations. Actually most of the work that any immigration agency provides can be done by oneself. But yes, the reason to go for any agency here to not get stressed and get agencys experience do the job in a smoother manner. There are some details - like the ideal IELTS score you need to score based on your age, qualification, etc for best chance to get the immigration invite based on current trend of scores. This was found missing. I always heard the generic answer that one needs to score 8,7,7,7 to have a good chance for invite which is not true in all cases. Also, the support that was expected to better understand the PNP process was not great. The case managers kept changing frequently and the communication of the same was found wanting at times during my waiting period (till I got the invite letter). Also, the case managers assigned were not very experienced. Most of the time I was doing my background research rather than depending on them. And at times I found that the information provided by them was not accurate like the time period for first landing since the medical examination had got reduced from 1 year to 9 months. Upon much research, I found that this was not true. So such information really irked me.Only at some instances I did find the agency support worth-while - like alternative options for getting employment letter, sample affidavit provided for name-change scenarios, etc (hence the two stars). But majority of the times it was disappointing as I was providing the case manager with needed information rather me getting those information from them.

I had a great experience with Visas Avenue since the very beginning of my visa processing. It all started when we reached their Bangalore office and met Supriya Prasad (First level consultant) who is also applying for Canada PR as mentioned by her(probably she mentions this to every client). Unfortunately we decided to go with this consultancy based on Supriya’s meet and google reviews which seems fake and proved that this was the worst decision ever. The entire process was explained very briefly without complete details and later the further information was provided in piecemeal manner. Now here is the worst part that the case was assigned to Vijay Singh who’s based out of Delhi location, irresponsible person who hardly answers the call and resorts to lies in front of upper level guys when it comes to escalation. He gets irritated if more questions are being asked as if he has made payments on our behalf. Most interesting part , first & second level people apologised when we complained but the moment we decided to end the contract they started supporting Vijay and raised their voice. Pathetic service.My friends were thinking to go with this consultancy but after seeing my experience they decided not to waste money on Visas Avenue.

Had approached them for Tourist Visa to Canada. They had made big claims and charged nearly 4 times the usual charges. They had also asked my card details at one point saying they need to make payment for the visa. Very bad experience after paying a huge amount.

They say, I can work and live in Australia now. It is all because of Viasas Avenue. It was all like a relay race in which I was just the first runner.
