This company is filled with un professional people. How come TCS is entertaining such companies. They have ruined my carrier . Dont trust on people like Arpana, Prasad , Harish and Babjan . They are running a fake organization.Dont trust these guys and VHS .

I got a call from this company regarding job offer at TCS (3rd party payroll, contract based) so I submitted all the docs as requested....they wasted my 2 months by telling me not to join other companies or give interviews in other companies....though I received calls from TCS people, and had passed their technical rounds, I did not receive any communication or offer letter from VHS...later I found out that they had fake-listed my previous company even if it was a valid company and a MNC and was telling TCS people to drop my profile. The TCS guy who took my interview, knew about my company and its authenticity and told me how VHS had fake-listed my company behind my back with no notice given....I immediately dropped my profile from their company. Horrible people playing with peoples careers.

Never ever give your documents to VHS, initially I got call from to upload the documents and I asked why, they said for verification. I also uploaded documents in their link.then again after a month I received a call from another to provide the doc in the mail and I did not trust them.and after a week Soumya from VHS called me and she will provide you trust to believe them and they will arrange more no of calls with the TCS but after submitting all documents she will never responded.they are fraud and will use our time and patience.Be aware of fraudesters

This company is offering fake Job offers.They have arranged interview with TCS.to be frank I have not done the interview well, but the interviewer said Im selecting you on the spot..Then got call from VHS people telling that TCS has agreed to work on a prestigious project and agreed to pay High salary and asked me to send various documents without releasing offer letter, saying they will release conditional offer letter.But I had doubts and searched for reviews and came to know that it is a fraudulent company..Still they are calling me and asking for documents. Consider it as 0 star.. Dont give any documents to them or any money.Bewarw of fraudulent companies like these.

Very critical: Read this riview completely this is fact not fake.Dear All,My humble request is dont join in this consultancy because they dont know at least how to behave with the candidate and they dont know how to respond with the candidate.If Google have the less than 1star I will give that to this consultancy.While comming to my experience, I am still with VHS, because my joining date was 21 June 2021.One day I got call from Lakshmi, and she was asked me some details regarding my experience and all, took some documents for processing the interview and that process also done with in a time.After 20 days I got call from Arpana, in that call she told me like this, your profile was shortlisted for TCS for performance testing and our company people will contact with you in a short time. Exactly here the main person came into the picture her name is Geetha Bhavani very firstly she handles you politely once the documentation process completed no one will respond you friends. Here we are wasting your valuable time. After that anything you will ask for Geetha she told you please mail or call these persons for any clarification and I am not the right person to do this and she send simply mobile numbers or mail Id s of that particular persons. There after we can suffer for everything like for project assigning and asset, salary etc. Here my joining date was 21st June 2021, and with out any information they relieved me on 1st July 2021. That mail I got just 2days back. From 21st June to 1st July 21 they did not assigned any project, training or any induction programme, even they did not send me any asset also. Without allocating any project how they relived me. So the same question I asked them, but again I did not get any answer from them. Yes here I need to explain two more persons, those are Prasad and Banjan. I think these two people are full busy in hole day, because they dont have the time to given even reply to the mail.Finally its worst & worst.

3rd Party Payrole Company, They work big MNC like TCS

This is a Fraud organisation, who lure people by saying that they are 3rd Party recruiters for TCS , they ask for your documents which one usually submits after joining an organisation.So beware

I worked in TCS through VHS for 2 years. It was a well organized company like On time salary, proper documentation, good assistance, where we dont get in many consultancies.

Worst:: I have cleared the interview and selected for one of the VHS clients .. And VHS was keep on postponing the joining date and VHS made me to reject other offers also with their false promises.Again after one month they told their client project put on hold. Its simply wast of time, think before selecting, I am giving one star rating because google doesnt allow me to give less than that.

No Option to give zero stars in google, I had interviewed on Jan 25th 2021 got selected as per their confirmation and documentation has been completed with 5 days, Today is March 15th 2021 still I didnt get date of joining, If I ask them , they were telling continuously it is pending from TCS side for ID creation, I dont understand why they are telling all these things if they dont want to take into company, and also they were releasing some non sense conditional offer letter which they tell not going to pay until you get onboard, then what is the purpose of that offer letterMy sincere advice to all , Dont join in this Consultancy and they will simply waste your valuable time.

My point of contact was Shobha and Arpana. I got a call saying I was selected for there client TCS. After which I shared my all documents. They asked me to wait for 2 weeks which I waited. Later they told silly reasons and asked me to wait in politeness. After one and half month she called and told project is on hold and she will try for other project meanwhile I should start searching for other companies.its totally waste of time and your career.At first she made me to reject all the companies and requested me not to attend interviews further.This is the condition there. Its TOTALLY FAKE NEVER ATTEND INTERVIEW FROM THEM. A BIG NO. One star is also not worthy for this company

They take all the details to process the interview once you get shortlisted and clear the round they tell wont agree to pay you the thing that mentioned while discussing intially before process.. waste of time.. worst company ..

I have joined vhs recently and I have learn good things about company and they should clarify any quaries regarding roles and responsibilities and good friendly nature in company environment.and should get asalary on time every month 30th.

So far working with VHS consultancy I feel comfortable. They are reachable whenever we approach them seeking for professional help. Hoping that will be same in future as well the same support will be getting, giving opportunity to learn and explore.

I getting calls from their side regarding job opportunity, i do not think they are professional enough to read out the resume properly. This is the second time i am getting calls for irrelevant job profiles.I am suggesting to hire some efficient recruiters for your firm.

For the duration I worked here we had great projects where we got to work on critical areas and gather good experience. Also since we had end to end delivery responsibility towards the client there was much more rigour in the activities and the work here played a key role in what I learned in my professional life.Roshitha is a senior HR here, professionally she is very good.

I am working with VHS from June 10th 2019 and currently supporting TCS client. Pavani is my first point of contact and from recruitment to till date very friendly moving and always ready to clarify my query. I had no bad experience in terms of salary and all query raised are taken care by respective people.

I have been associated with VHS for 9 months around, working for TCS. I got recruited by Lodi. It was a good association with them, good support as and when needed. The team is good and supportive to you and concerned with your issues. There are minor issues I faced though consistently with some formalities and felt like team at VHS and TCS is not completely in sync with the activities related to the associate. Overall good experience.
