Worst consultants... Every month delayed in depositing salary till now not cleared our PF amount its been 8 months almost.... Fake promises, no response for calls and mails...

Very bad practice of ill communication within the team members. Giving aspirants a hope of a new job and then informing, they will get back to you after confirmation is defiant of moral standards. Please improvise and stop giving false hopes to people.

What you expect if you have complete list of unprofessional & unpredictable HR team? I was enrolled with VEN India, got multiple issues & hence dropped multiple emails for same but they never responded. These seat occupiers are just taking their salary with no sense of assistance.Thank god my company has changed my payroll from this consultant.One example will let you all know about it’s ability and foolishness, after leaving this company I moved to another. When I checked my PF credits, I saw only 1 month PF is added and remaining are not. I complained about this but they failed to do so, complained through EPFO grievance portal & they replied me with “ Dear Milind, kindly take a print out of the complaint raised and with supporting documents forward it to commissioner of PF Bangalore “. I have sent a last email reminder today, if they fail then I will do the same. They have not provided mine relieving letter yet.Edit: Even after a year they havent worked on my issues, tried multiple times to contact.... Nothing resulted except assurance

Ven Consulting is Indias top fraud organization. there should be register case against them for fraud they have not deposit my pending PF amount since 2 years.

Worst consultancy ever. Never believe in them. Fake people are working in this consultancy . Nasty behaviour of HR department.

They dont provide anything for employees. If you need salary you need to put 4 mails 10 calls to them. After that only they provide salary. Even salary slip or experience certificate you need to put 5-6 mails and 10-15 calls. Till now they dont deposit my PF amount on my account.

Beware of these people- Never join this firm. If there is zero stars I would have given that. Very irresponsible unprofessional people I have ever dealt with. While I was working in this company I was getting very delayed salaries. There will be no clue with whom you could follow and get your salary. Now I have quit this company for 8 months back, still they have not given my final settlement.

As per our many telephonic discussion and trailing mail.i have worked in the organisation upto the last given by you at wdfc project,i had completed all the exit process required. Untill now organization had not done my April month salary and final settlement as per policy i have given you 45 days for it,now it has crossed more than 6months yet you are just saying we will do it as early as possible.

Looks like its the Fake consultancy. We were in bad need of job and at the same time we got a call from them saying they have openings for their Client JSW at Dolvi Mumbai. After so many followups we got call letter and they asked us to go to Dolvi for interview. We traveled from Shimoga and planned our stay everything in a day because of hope we had on them and requirement of job. On the day of interview they said the interview at the venue they said the interview has cancelled and asked us to wait for a day. so we again booked the room and stayed there. Next day they called and said they will provide reimbursement for the inconvenience caused and asked us to leave the location.They immediately asked us to submit all the bills. we submitted as they insisted. Till now No response. Its been 3 months. when we called twice their employee said we will receive soon. But it is not yet happened. Looks like they took the reimbursed amount from their client JSW by using our bills and they are not ready to submit it to us. OR The big industry JSW may be fake. God knows the answer.We can file a case in consumer court since we have call recordings, interview call letter and mail details through which we submitted the bills. Being a responsible company in society this is not advisable. By seeing this review I hope they will reimburse soon.Thanks in advance

I had very bad experience in this company.. Not only me whoever joined with client Ashok Leyland all are facing so many issues, even who are all already left the company they are facing PF issues and once your join or left the company after that nobody response your call as well as mail.I left the company Dece 2018 but still my PF amount not yet credited my account(2 months).Regarding that so many times I sent official mails and Interact with HR team , finance team and once directly went to office also , but no use.

Poor communication, they have challenge with resolving any issue and it takes quite long for reverting. Executive sometime goes in hibernation mode, you hv to keep chasing and they will just respond with some lame excuses.

Its already been 3 months that I left company still my PF is not credited to my account.You people even asked me to wait till 23/10/2017 still its not solved.Shivu and Vishwa stop behaving like jokers all the time and try resolve the issue,Take some responsibility.If youre not ready to take responsibility for this issue, then give me name and contact of person who is responsible in your company. Dont waste my time.If no responsible people left in your company then let me know i will handle this in different way..And tell your MD if he wants employees money to run the company then dont do it ,We are not here to do charity....If he cant able to pay his employees then shutdown the company...Guruprasad
