My name is Henry Joseph and I wanted to upgrade from B&W 684 Speakers. So I got in touch with Mr. Lokesh, for a pair of Fyne Audio F501 speakers, which he offered at the best possible price. To cut my story short I received the speakers on 3rd January 2019, and with each passing day they sound awesome. My sincere gratitude to Mr. Lokesh once again.If there is one grouse that I have, it is that the speaker packages were opened up and the speakers were taken out of the boxes before being delivered to me. This is a strict no from a customers standpoint as I would like the packages to be delivered unopened. But there is always scope for improvement and transparency.

We were shopping around for more than 2 years for our home theater. Finally settled with htstore after a lot of research. Got our home theater done in a week ! Transparent when there were hiccups in the installation process. Good speakers setup. Price could have been reduced a bit. Otherwise, it was good to work with Lokesh and team.

I purchased Yamaha YAS 207 at HT store and Mr. Lokesh and team supported me very well in the selection by giving good demo. Thank you ![18-May-2019]: Hardly one and half month after the YAS207 sound bar plus sub woofer product was purchased, the power boards of sound bar and sub-woofer got damaged probably due to voltage fluctuation. When I called the owner of this store, the tone was completely apathetic. There is no eagerness that’s there when product was bought.He said you should have installed a stabiliser and I asked you must have given a recommendation. Then when I asked why my TV and media player were not damaged , there is no answer.When you can’t empathise with customers , even if you have knowledge it’s of not much use. It will be useful for sales but not bring repeated customers. Now I directly approached Yamaha Gurgaon and discussing with them the product issues and they reponded on-time . I strongly recommended to them that they need to teach same kind of etiquette to so called authorised dealers. With this experience I am reducing the rating of HT store from 5 to 3

The Home Theatre Store is an excellent place to get the demo and then buy your audio video equipments. There are various brands kept for display and demo. If you are not sure about which one you need to buy, they also suggest best one based on your budget. I had bought a Marantz Integrated Amplifier PM5005 from them and it is an excellent amp. I was looking for a matching speaker for it and they suggested Tannoy Eclipse 3 for it based on my budget and works wonderfully good with Marantz. Thanks to Home Theater Strore.
