Talent Track Services people will treat the employees as bonded labour by get in to an non sense and invalid one sided agreement which one of the clause says that if you quit the organization you are not suppose to join any recruitment, staffing, manpower service provider or you should not setup your own company of same industry for period of one year after quitting the job from talent track services and if in case if he/she do so you will be liable to pay penalty of 2 lakhs. I dont understand why the hell is this clause mentioned in the offer letter. and the people who ever are working here most of them are freshers and without any knowledge they accept this and they get in trouble of face legal issues.The management will threaten the people very badly stating if you are not reaching you target you will not get your experience or re-leaving letter if any one who is serving the notice period. As per my knowledge it is complete illegal to play with the career and life of individuals.I request all to be away from this organization instead of suffering the way me and my colleagues.

Injurious for your future careerNot a good place start for freshers, coz freshers wont read the offer letter properly and might get into trouble!I ask google to keep zero stars as well coz i dont think it deserves even a one star as well. The management is doing there own business here, not thinking about the career of the employees .What the team leaders will ask you is if you cant win, dont let the others win! Totally unproffesional approach from the management.Its not only me, many freshers work there as a labour. So its a kind request be aware.The offer letter is also unreasonable. Its says you cant join any other recruitment services after leaving this company!! That means they are asking you to change your career!! LoL!!!!!Very much dissappointed. After leaving the company also, they will do mental harrasment and ask you to pay 2lakhs rupees! God knows whats that for.They were very corporative when I was an employee there. Once I left the comapany for good, they started showing their real faces. No one is trustworthy there.Still I found some good friends there. Hope they survive well. God bless you.

Worst place to work for fresher, they dont have proper infrastructure, management, worst place to work. In every company colleagues will be like friends but here colleagues will be like enemies, management always only ask for work, they even dont bother whether employees are comfortable with the work given and facilities provided .. The team leaders treats freshers like a slave here

Are you serious???Very bad experience really. In short, for all who looking out for job here Be Aware!!They asked me to leave because the reason was My TL is not comfortable with me , this is what my management says! And I really dont know what that mean!!When I asked them for releaving mail, they said they cant give! This type of management is working here! So sad...I wished to be professional but the management forced me to do this. As well as they blocked me so that I cant ask them for my salary, which is a my right!! There are many who is suffering but they are not brave enough to fight!Very unprofessional!! Not recommended at all!!
