It was my baby shower yesterday and sudden plan and due to weekend curfew dint knew where to order who follows safety measures .I found them with good reviews in Google so thought will check once and called, SRI MOOKAMBIKA Catering Services measures. they were so polite, honest and professional. They suggested me a best menu and I ordered for 30 people at 10.30 am and as promised they got it ready by 1.30pm. Everyone loved the food, too good, no soda, best taste and fresh and hot food deliverd. With plates, spoon, water, dustbin bag, and everything necessary. Sweets were mind blowing, food was superb. Thank you so much for making my day special with tasty food. Looking forward to order more in future.

The paper on the table they had put was all sticking to our hands such that it was low quality paper their main services are food which we were not satisfied at any cost the barely paysam they prepared just tasted like water and some sugar mixed together!! We recently got them for our house warming in prestige Tranquillity, they came on time thats the only positive thing. Serving ppl are not professional, they did not even keep food hot saying they dont have match box to lit the turmoil. Food quality was pathetic its worst then the food served in the canteen of companies. Dont go by review and photos all looks fake now for me. We asked several time for food tasting all the while they kept saying dont worry about food it will be tasty and we were fools to book them and spoil our event

Food was below average. They missed to serve an item and they reacted very casually about that. Obbattu was not sweet enough. Rasam was too tangy. Sambar was tasteless. Mutter in aloo mutter was not boiled properly. Curd rice had no flavour at all. Food was served very cold. They didnt bother to ask for heating the gravy/ sambar. They said cleaning included but they asked our maids to clean. Overall we were very disappointed. Poor service. Would never recommend.Hello Sir, none of the guests came out saying food was good. When asked they said good out of courtesy. Since it was prasadam nobody wastes food. You could have reheated on our stove like how you kept icecream in our freezer. My mistake was to not taste your food before placing an order. However you never offered us to come and taste either. It is better if you take the feedback positively and improve accordingly.
