I spoke to many consultants before approaching Santa Monica, but most of them were not ready to take up my file as I have a gap in studies and I wanted to apply with my family. Santa Monica also raised the same concern but they never forced me to take any course or discourage me to travel with family. They support whatever IRCC allows. So many colleges and options. Best visa consultants. Follow up calls and messages. I have been seeing messages from international students across, saying that their consultant dumped them in the middle of the process. But they will not do so. If something is not possible they will alarm you. If there is any update on the visa they updated me at midnight so that I could raise the webform asap. I had called to their board line numbers several times to get some assistance regarding study options in Canada.The staff were showing highly irresponsible attitude.They never called me back after ending the conversation on a note that I would get a call from them. Most unprofessional staff I have ever come across. I was looking for counselling for my daughters admission in US Universities..the person counselling me had no clue or the patience to explain things. She was even hesitant to even spell out information which is easily available on the net....she told us to visit after 12th results for counselling for undergraduate admissions to US. Which is absolutely wrong advise because one needs to start the process much before ...its known fact even to kids.....if the CEO Of company is reading this I..i visited your office on 20 July 17 at 1145 hrs.
