She will charge 5k to 7k for the property verification, but wont do the job properly. If you are totally new to purchasing flat or property, then not recommend consulting.She will not do the job properly like finding the history, she will ask you to contact the builder or search on the internet. She will leave you with some law term which will hound you and you dont have any clue to go with the property or not. She will show that she is too busy, but trust me she is not that busy.If you are totally new to buying property then I will recommend going to some other lawyer.

My husband and I contacted Vatsala to review documents in Aug 16 for Ozone builders. She charged Rs 5K and after that just did some draft work which would have taken her 5 mins and never responded after that. I would avoid her if you are after professional services as she does not have basic courtesy and communication skills.
