Society has a proximity to main road, which advantageous in many aspects,and is very well designed in terms of spaces left around the towers. Their clubhouse is full of all required amenities and backside of society offers a scenic view too.

One of the newer apartments in the area. Its an ideal location for ppl who work in tech parks near hebbal and the upcoming places on airport rd. The amenities are top class. Club house has badminton, squash, tt, yoga, gym and a steam sauna..

We went to look out for ready to move in flats. Only few left over with compromised views. Tiles had gaps in them making the floor look dirty and black.This property has a railway line passing from just behind the property, with trains passing by very frequently.Area is good with greenery all around, dot on Doddaballapur main road. Loved the area...

One of my friend is staying in this apartments, facility are good, for walking people, chaild cycling area, foot ball court, tenis courts and cricket practice nets. External couches also visits here for kids training.Good place not suitable for middle class people. I hope service changes around 5k.i am not sure exactly

The place has good open space around the apartments with no driveway on Ground floor for people to walk around and kids to play and cycle freely. A big drawback though is that its direct in line of the Yelahanka Airforce runway which makes this place a lot noisy due to numerous take offs round the clock. You can feel the vibrations inside the flat.

Society is great, as in its chill, most of the facility are available like, shoppy mart for all the groceries and stuff, it has courts of various sports like tennis, cricket, football, basketball, society club includes tt, squash, theatre, halls, badminton and many more. The environment is fun, and peaceful, the flats are spacious and airy... Life is at its best.

Its a lovely society and looks well maintained. Security is not quite adequate in new towers 7 and 8. Hopefully it would be taken care once the families occupy.Tiles flooring could have better finishing. Some aspects inside the flat doesnt give premium look and feel but the place looks joyful. The view from some of the flats is quite breathtaking !!

Prestige Royale Gardens is amazingly built. Its more spacious than any other apartments. From each flat theres a nice view. Theres a club house, gymnasium, library, swimming pool etc. Yelahanka Airbase is nearby so you get to see a lot of airplanes flying over your head everyday.

People dont know how to speak to customers they cut the call saying Im not here to listen to you when we want to speak politely to them, the most arrogant and valueless people..For a brand name of Prestige the people working there has no prestige...

Poor quality from Prestige. Gaps between floor tiles looks dirty. Lifts can be spacious. Not sure how long this construction quality would sustainable.

What kind of place you want to live your life? What kind place you want to relax after coming back from your hectic day? What kind of place you want for your kids?If you love a serene place to spend time with yourself and with your dear ones, I think this is that place where you want to be.I loved the way they designed the open space there. Small sized parks for little kids, sitting arrangements for elder people, swimming pool etc. have added quite a value to the place.They have a community hall inside, obviously.The only drawback of the location is, you must have your own mode of communication. Though the way Bangalore is growing, I think its going to be another the crowdy place in next 5 years.

Premium apartment. Still under construction. Well maintained with lots of facilities. Most of the houses are still unoccupied and is being constructed. You can find all the perks such as badminton court, TT room, squash court, gym yoga and much more that you can see in most of the premium apartment. The cost of the houses is too expensive given the interior. The houses are small and is too simple for the amount you pay.

Prestige Royal Gardens as the name says at all. Its all prestigious apartments with good society people and will enjoy the place... All friendly people to contact but 1 lift sometimes make trouble in 2 lifts. Thats all rest you will love the whole area

Open space is enough which is really good as usual in prestige apartment but the flats are not constructed as per Vastu. Somewhere there is lack of planning for sunlight also. Few flats doesnt get sunlight. Good thing is that the price is accordingly less in this location. Floor finishing would have been better as it is a Brand.

This is the best apartment in and around yelahanka with resort like ammonities and excellent views.

There is guy called Ranajit in this project who treat customers very badly. He thinks he owns entire prestige Royal garden project and he is the superior and have entire knowledge of bangalore real estate in his pocket, prestige people please check his behaviour and help the customer if its possible. We had very bad experience with him for negotiating. Please customer avoid this guy and the project if possible.. 🙏🙏🙏🙏

The project is best in class in that area. We had visited the project for 3BHK. Our requirement was specific to Vaastu and it wasnt available. Vaastu compliant units are not available in 3BHK with sunlight at balcony in winter season.

One of the best Apartment and finally i got the trustworthy Carpenter for Interior work after lot of research. All other Interior designer and Carpenters are simply looting others but the carpenter which i got is simply superb. You can trust him blindly and he never compromise with quality.

Pros: Great society and nice amenities. Well located.CONS: The sales team at Prestige Royale Gardens have no idea how to treat customers. They are rude and arrogant. There are two sales teams sitting there - one from Prestige and one from the landowner and the Prestige team doenst have inventory but will not let the landowner share flats to get sold. The sales process is completely untransparent. After months of discussion we finally submitted booking form which was returned to us 2 weeks later as the two teams couldnt work out their differences.Prestige may be a reputed builder but needs to learn how to treat its customers instead of wasting their time.

A Prestige housing project on Doddabalapur road at few Kms away from Rail Wheel factory. The project has about twelve towers with capacity of about 1000 residential units.The residential units are available in three options viz two bedroom, 2.5 bedroom and 3 bedrooms.The whole inter space between towers is quite good with lot of green plantations which are growing now. A relatively new project, however lot of families have already moved in.The complex has a club house with two community centres, two indoor badminton courts, squash court, gym etc. The complex also has a super store to cater for day to day needs.The complex has developed walking track and two lawn tennis courts, basket ball court. The swimming pool is of good size.,Overall it looks a good project on main road with good road connectivity, airport is also about thirty minutes away.
