Waste of time, unprofessional way of hiring1) Got call from internal TA team on 26 July2) Interview scheduled on 28 July and got confirmation on selection same day3) Got email regards to selection on 29 July requesting to share docs required and have shared docs as requested on same day4) After that no response from TA team on further steps for a week5) Finally after multiple followups got a call on Aug 3rd asking for two pre-reference checks from current employer (Gave even am not comfortable with bcz it is as per process)6) Confirmed pre-check is done and evrythng is good to go and updated that thet have shared for final offer approval7) Took few more docs they required on Aug 5th8) Got a call from TA team on Aug 7th and gave salary break-up(which i am ok with) and told they have received approval9) Got welcome mails form HR team asking to submit docs at time of on-boarding, home adress to deliver laptop from their side.10) After that no response on offer release and again got a call on Aug 11th saying salary is on higher side and asking for counter offer which i have and shared hiding companies name and confidentality part11) No response till now on offer release after all these things happend, wasting my time right from interview to sharing all docs they required and not being offered.**connected with hiring manager and TA team person on linkedin as well

I got a call for interview. The recruiter is so rude and unprofessional. Full of attitude. I wanted to know the company profile in details, he didnt even explained me and started arguing. This is the way you all speak with candidates. If you dont know how to speak with candidates, 1st take training and then do your job properly.
I got a call from this consultancy (93191..171) and the person who is representing this Job call did not explain well and clear about the company name itself and the accent of the recruiter was not up to the level of A GOOD RECRUITER. As a good recruiter, she should not hung up the phone just like that (Insult manner) and have some patience to explain the candidate clear. If not she should inform the candidate that she will try to call again and disconnect it politely. The people from the consultancy whoever reading this message, please guide her and teach her the qualities of a Good Recruiter.
I attended the assessment(preliminary) round of an interview, they responded well, i waited for an hour for the online test, but overall it was a good experience. I would suggest them to use more computers so the candidates can finish the assessment quickly and doesnt want to wait too long.
