This site belongs to the developer Suresh only but to the Ramesh he is just a promoter not owner of this plots and currently he is not working with the owner Suresh..so contact Suresh sir..and number is in the entry of this layout..Then this location is not in exact raghuvanahalli..its in Nelaguli village and 6kms distance from Art of living Ravi Shankar ashram...there are three phases here..only first phases is completely developed and constructed with houses..only two to three plots remaining yet to sold out..water is tasty..location is pleasantful..2nd and 3 rd phase are down and its like slanting road from Ist phase..its only plots not developed..Not sure about the EB CONNECTION in 2nd and 3 rd phase..owner Suresh is a genuine person...people need a calm environment can go for it...
