My experience I have share here such a worst consultancy it is first they will call you and have openings in concentric and ask our aadhar details and bio data we trust and share the all the details and write a test as well the hr was inform the qualified as well, end of the day waiting so many days later we call and ask about the status and when will further round. This worst IGNITES CAPITAL will test the process is shut down definitely we will inform once the process of start and escape from us.Finally I will tell dont trust this stupid consultancy

Horrible place to work...plz if any one recieves an invite or if u have recieved offer plz do reject..coz i have really faced a horrible exp with these people especially swati hr she way too rude...i was working from home i requested them to send the resume over mail they told u have to comr to office and collect during the pandemic and the company 28km from my house i was requested and pleaded for offer they dint send and no fixed salary was given...i worked for one month and they paid my salary after 4 months...and a lot of partiality was done as i was working from home they never considered my candidates at all..very bad...and after one month they processed only one candidate and paid me just 2k as my salary after 4 months...plz do not go here and waste ur career

It would be better if I had applied myself! Have to wait for another 1 month to apply again! Please never trust them!

Ok so if you are looking for only customer support then you can go there, but if you are looking for technical support or any other positions, then I will say it will be your big mistake.I waited there for 5 hours for 1 round and got to know that they are only hiring for customer support and also forcing me to join.They post fake jobs in naukri or mail.Even they told me they are hiring for many companies.If you are not hiring for technical support why did you called and told me that there are many openings. Please understand about a candidate time and money. First of all your consultancy is too far and second if there is no openings why you called the Candidates and force them to attend interview.Horrible experience.Guys if you still want to go there then go after 1.30pm or 2pm as because they dont start their interviews and make the candidate wait there.
