People contact through WhatsApp messages and emails and offer you part time jobs.They take your personal details and make your signature through online and they say that you are now a member and they dont assign you job and a week later they say you that you didnt completed your task on time and threat you that a case is done on you on breaching our law.Never believe on these guys. They create multiple websites to fraud innocent people. Please ignore.

Is there negative review star?I had experience where I was ghosted after my interview and companies dont call or respond to my calls. But this.Ics consultancy they scheduled my interview for Monday (called on Thursday) and on that day itself they called twice to confirm if I will come or not. On Saturday also called me and confirmed. And now on the day of of the interview Monday, I reached the destination and no building is there. Okay! It might be a location mistake and I called them not once twice or thrice. More than 5 times I called and that too from my 2 sims and my friends number too. No response. They called me thrice to confirm if I come or not. But not since Im here where are these guyz.I dont usually put review but I travelled 20kms and it hurts me to know I have been cheated

I suggest you all to do this Captcha work as it is part time work and maximum salary.

No process adherence. Scheduled for first round of interview with a client and no feedback is given. 1 month later, called for the same round as they forgot regarding the first round itself. When I explained the same, they disconnectd the phone saying that they will check and update. They have no follow up with the profile and status.Suggestion to the management:1.Give the feed back whether it is positive or negative (Sending a mail will not take longer time).2. Respect the candidate time and effort. Calling the same candidate for the same round after a month shows the attitude towards the candidate.This review is based on only my experience with the consultancy and may be different with others.

Its only for experienced people not for fresher so dont go there

As I have a personal experience with ICS is very bad, the people over there literally they dont no how to treat employees. Their is no friendly environment in ICS, there is no quality training and their is no space to self learning and to implement on work which makes job easier very bad experience & very gamey people.

I am being interning with ICS and it is a wonderful experience to work with people here very motivating and encouraging,a very supportive and friendly environment and we get to learn alot about how the actual recruitment works.A very positive environment to start your career.

Please dont waste the candidate time, on that day i was having some other opportunities, i could have attended somewhere else, now after clearing all the rounds and collecting all the previous company salary_slips and offer letter, you people are telling sorry for inconvenience they(Next-Gen Healthcare) found some other alternative profile. If they are looking for alternative profile then before scheduling the interview itself you people needs to confirm with candidate that they are looking for different and they cant pay expected CTC and all. This kind of performance will create negative impact on your Consultancy. So please dont waste candidate time if you people cant process it further.
